Hotel berhampiran Inema Art Center, Kigali

Hotel Okapi was welcoming and responded to a request for mosquito net quickly. Marie at concierge was so friendly and kind! Restaurant had amazing biryani and the wifi in the building was strong. Only gave 4 stars because the location, although close to downtown, fronted an alleyway that was quite noisy throughout the night.

Todo excelente, el personal, la ubicación del hotel, el desayuno… pero la ubicación de la habitación económica es horrible, al lado de las cocinas con mucho ruido por la mañana temprano.

整體房間比較衛生，沒有一次性用品，樓下餐廳環境也不錯，早餐可選比其他非洲國家多一些，酒店也可以隨時幫忙叫車，服務比較貼切，一樓健身房設備不錯，很大的玻璃開放式，跑步同時還可以看看外麪，邊上還有泳池。最喜歡這裏房間能照進太陽

The room was alright, but we did not receive a king bed as we booked. The bathroom tile was about to fall off the wall, the shower grout/silicon was very poorly done and water went through the cracks and all over the rest of the bathroom floor. Additionally, the noise from the street that goes on all day from the streets below was just about unbearable. The windows have zero sound cancelling capabilities. Construction going on in the floor above began early and woke us up. We had laundry done for our clothes and we were told it would take 3ish hours but ended up taking much longer, like 6+ and we were left waiting around for our clothes to be able to leave the hotel and go about our business. When we got it back, the clothes had been very poorly cleaned and some items actually had dirt come out of/off of them, very noticeably! Considering we stayed at a different hotel in Kigali that was the exact same price per night and we paid 1/25 the price there for laundry services and received much better service this was very unacceptable. We tried to have them remedie it by reducing the cost of the service but they were unwilling to make any changes and we ended up paying $150 for the inadequate services. Food was good in their restaurant. We had to typically call more than once to get anything brought to the room or other services to be performed. Pretty unfortunate turn of events for a hotel I had higher hopes for. Take your business elsewhere as they are unwilling to work with you.

Very friendly staff with the location in the central of everywhere. Clean room with a little better ventilation for the corridor would be perfect. Good and variety of food. Well equipped gym with a nice pool to chill out. Something to improve on more punctual delivery of take away breakfast would be super!

This is Not A Quiet Hotel Doors slam all day/night as they are on some sort of spring. 2) on Friday there is Traditional Dancing going on till Midnight,,despite being told it will end at 10pm,,,this is incessant Banging! Then at 5am they start hoovering and cleaning up after it. 3) there is music all Saturday and Sunday from the public areas and it comes directly into your room. Not A Peaceful Place: and the Management do nothing but lie about it.

Truly excellent hotel. Service impeccable. Staff super helpful and friendly. Food superb. Bedrooms fantastic. On reception, special commendation for Peace Uwihirwe who was super helpful in solving problems. In the Larder, Manager Leon, fantastic also Betty and Joselyne!! Thank you and to all those I didn't mention, especially staff who service bedrooms to very high standard.

I loved this hotel! I arrived early in the morning and was pleasantly surprised with my room. It was really clean, super spacious and comfortable. I unfortunately had a delay in pickup and was at the hotel for several extra hours and the concierge allowed me to stay in my room until the evening, which was really kind. The food in the executive lounge was great. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
