I loved this hotel! I arrived early in the morning and was pleasantly surprised with my room. It was really clean, super spacious and comfortable. I unfortunately had a delay in pickup and was at the hotel for several extra hours and the concierge allowed me to stay in my room until the evening, which was really kind. The food in the executive lounge was great. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

This is Not A Quiet Hotel Doors slam all day/night as they are on some sort of spring. 2) on Friday there is Traditional Dancing going on till Midnight,,despite being told it will end at 10pm,,,this is incessant Banging! Then at 5am they start hoovering and cleaning up after it. 3) there is music all Saturday and Sunday from the public areas and it comes directly into your room. Not A Peaceful Place: and the Management do nothing but lie about it.

I had stay at this hotel for few day, the hotel is great, city is wonderful, people are amazing, helpful, and so friendly, I loved the food there, room is very nice and clean, staff are so professional, everyone is smiling and hurry to help you all the time. I do recommend this hotel for all travellers. And I do advise that you should visit Rwanda.

We attended a meeting at the hotel and stayed for a week. We had a very positive experience. The rooms were comfortable and well stocked. The staff were all helpful and courteous. There are a number of food options in the hotel and there are good restaurants within a safe 15 minute walk

It was easy to book online, they communicated swiftly on my email inquiry, friendly and professional team and the location is great. I quite enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I got the third floor room with lovely view with a balcony. My room was pristine set up with convenient supplies including toiletry supplies, soft slippers, complimentary water and tea/coffee supplies. It was a comfortable sleep with surprisingly quiet nights considering we were smack in the heart of Kigali CBD. Breakfast had a range of options which was nice and I was so pleased the chef indulged my request for plain porridge one evening at the restaurant when I was under the weather. Love the bar/restaurant that has good vibes for sundowner and dinner. My one disappointment was the lack of an elevator so that its more accessible to more folks. But overall it is a lovely boutique hotel. All in all my stay was superb and look forward to staying there in my next visit. I highly recommend the hotel.

Well it was over all good experience. Room service good and friendly staff. Gym coach Prince , was a knowledgeable person in his zone. Gave some good tips for a rapid 30-45 mins workout . Food is priced well. If they could add Indian breakfast or some Indian cuisine dishes , will certainly pull more Indian guests as their repeat customers Over all at this price it was worth even dollar is spend

My uncle booked a 10 days double room at Dmall Hotel in Kigali. Upon arrival the room was horrible not cleaned up whatsoever. He decided to cancel his stay next morning and management made him pay for the night. Extremely unpleasant and unprofessional staff.
