Bohemian style open LOFT

Comfortable Stay Thr property was clean and ready for occupancy when we arrived. I'll stay again next time im in town.

Womderful stay at the Trestle Loft!!! Beautiful view of the Hudson River. The host was great with communication and smooth check in/check out. Very clean and cozy. 5 STARS for the bohemian loft!!!! Thank you!!!

Inadequate action to rectify property issue The place is cute and well-equipped. However, the building itself was not well-labeled with the street number and the back stairs were a bit hidden and covered by some overgrowth. Overall the pictures are mostly accurate but it’s a bit more dated than it appears. It’s also right under the railroad bridge which can be jarring when a train comes through in the early morning hours. The real issue however was the property lacked hot water. When that issue was raised to the property manager, we were given instructions as to how to check on it ourselves. When those instructions did not lead to any results, we were told someone would come look at it. No one ever came and we were repeatedly asked if we had let the water run long enough. My wife took a 20 minute cold shower. That should have been long enough. We understand things happen but hot water is kind of a given and the lack of responsiveness and action was disappointing.
