Perfect spot opposite emancipate park where you can walk jog safely. Staff and management was very helpful and super friendly,engaging with you all the time. Perfect business spot, with spacious clean rooms. Bar/ breakfast staff was exceptional and we shared lotsa friendly cats and laughs

This is a nice property in Jamaica..right opposite to emancipation park..this is fantastic..as this place is buzzing in the evening with lots of people. For fitness enthusiasts there r no excuses..breakfast menu is pretty limited and as a vegetarian I didn’t see many choices .. One of the days lift was not working and we had to take the service lift to get to our rooms. Suggest taking rooms far off from the elevator Sent from my iPhone

Very unprofessional staff and attitude. Being a Titanium Bonvoy member I felt embarrassed by the quality of service, staff attitude and property itself that's old and non functional. Donot visit, there are better properties in Kingston. AVOID!

This is a good hotel in a good location. It's bright and clean, well appointed and comfortable. The rooms are spacious with good bathrooms, good quality carpet and amenities. The dining room is open and bright, clean and spacious. The food was really good for a hotel, at reasonable pricing. The staff was always pleasant and helpful and there is an onsite taxi service. The driver will take you where you want to go and wait for you if you ask. It's very convenient. Close to a grocery and pharmacy and across the street from a great people's park.

Very good experience overall, the staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. Hotel had very good amenities, we used the pool and gym during our stay. The food is also good and they have a wide variety of options. The hotel overall was very helpful in making our stay comfortable.

We went for dinner to the Marriott hotel's restaurant. Not finding something to our liking, we decided to look elsewhere and were about to leave when a young waiter asked us what we were really looking for. Wow. I've never had that experience before. Duronie brought out the chef, and we described the meals we wanted and how we wanted them cooked. Duronie helped us get settled in and in short order, our made to order meals arrived. Duronie even remembered the wine I like from a previous visit and brought it over. Stellar food, absolutely amazing service. The Marriott GM should be very proud of this team. Very dedicated and very personable.

Well well well where do I start, we ordered the **** Pasta! It was the most amazing dish we have tried since being in Kingston! It was a ‘meet the Chef who cooked it moment’. We spoke to the Chef Turay, who was such a lovely humble guy and we had to express how tasty the pasta was.. If you are ever in Kingston you MUST eat from this hotel - ask for Chef Turay to make the **** Pasta!
