Holiday village "Seepark Kirchheim". Outside the resort, 4 km from the centre of Kirchheim, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, on the lake, in the countryside. Public parking on the road. Shop 4 km, supermarket 4 km, shopping centre 4 km, bakery 4 km, café, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Bad Hersfeld" 15 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, thermal baths 15 km. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, tennis 10 km, minigolf 15 km, walking paths from the house 300 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Stausee 500 m. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The Seepark is divided into four “villages” with a total of 139 holiday homes, which are grouped around the reservoir (10 hectares of water, bathing, water skiing, sunbathing area). Route around lake is ideal for walking and jogging. "Dorf 4/Haus 10", 5-room house 102 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room 10 m2, with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (120 cm, length 60 cm), 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. 1 room 10 m2, with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (70 cm, length 140 cm), 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (70 cm, length 140 cm), 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin. Bath/WC with corner bath. Gas heating, boiler (100 litres). Small balcony 5 m2, terrace 20 m2 partly roofed, lawn 200 m2. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue (portable). Cutlery for 8 people incomplete Sanitary facilities partly n.i.o. E.g. shower rod, mixer tap, toilet paper holder not fixed. A thorough cleaning would be necessary

We spent a total of three nights in house 10 (village 4). Unfortunately, the heating failed completely (which at -7 degrees at night is an impertinence). It was positive that the craftsman came by immediately. Unfortunately the problem could not be solved

All in all a very nice house. Very clean and functional. One or two more towel rails in the bathrooms and a shelf for soap in the shower would be desirable.
