All was a dream! I recommend this place! The rooms were really clean and renovated with good taste. The breakfast was good, the coffee excellent, the parrot was so beautiful and the lady turkey with her chick were a bless, the garden is also a dream and the view was one of millions!!!!

Friendly family operated hotel. Extra 5 euro for air con so on a strict budget it gets pretty hot in the rooms. Pretty clean. Considering the price, it was a more than adequate stay for a night or two in kissamos. Well located with restaurants nearby.

Before we arrived were in doubt wether we made a good choice of accommodation as we have read Google reviews, but once we came to see the place, we were warmly greeted by the owner - Giannis, who was apologetic that the sea view rooms are not available at this time as we arrived a day before our reservation. Giannis showed us our room, which had a balcony and partial sea view and we were satisfied. It’s not a five star hotel, so don’t expect bells and whistles, but the rooms are clean, comfy and have everything one needs for good night sleep. Truly value for money! The owner of the hotel is kind and very helpful. We are happy to support his family business and would stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Family Bikakis in Kissamos! Yiannis, the owner, was so helpful and kind. My room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. I had a great view from my balcony. The location was perfect- very close to shops and to the bus stop to access all the best beaches. When I return to Kissamos, I will certainly stay there again!

S,middags gebeld,of we 's.avond s daar konden overnachten. Wij waren op door reis. Prima ,was echt een keurige studio, net geverfd en keurig schoon sanitair. Bed goed, en ruim balkon met zicht op zee. Vriendelijke eigenaar Gaan daar zeker een keer terug . Fam Storm/Klaver uit Arnhem.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Propreté irreprochable. Clim silencieuse. Emplacement très calme à 7mn à pieds du bord de mer et ses restaurants. Proche de tout commerces. Très bon accueil d Antonio, personne sympathique et de bons conseils pour les visites.
