Ringkasnya kita mesti mendapatkan pengurus yang cukup baik untuk menolong kita dan memberi kita ruang.
It is a really big villa. And the service is really good since you step into it. The apar**ent looks like a home away from home. Although they charged a resort fee during arrival, Trip.com has responded quickly to cover the surprise fees. Thanks to Trip.com as well so I can enjoy a really good journey. I will continue to book trips with trip.com as well!👏👏

For the price I have absolutely no complaints. Got better than expected. The front desk was extremely helpful and maid service was there if I needed. Except for the time it takes to get my deposit back. A different place I stayed recently I had my deposit back in an hour after checkout.

The hotel is in an excellent location, very clean rooms an areas, well maintained structure, family oriented. The pool area is very clean and comfortable. The kids play ground is a dream, also have educational games for all ages. Staff is always smiling and very charming. The breakfast is very good and the room is clean, the children’s will love the Mickey pancakes. Definitely will return very soon.
Location is great, near McDonald’s and others. The carpet at walk way area in front of the rooms is very old and smell bad, but inside room is okay. There is a shuttle bus to Magic Kingdom but there is only one time and if you want to enter the park early, then you have to take taxi there anyway but it’s not too far from Disney’s so taxi cost is approximately ＞$20. Breakfast is good!
It was a great room for the price. Comfortable beds. It was decently clean and the receptionist was really nice. The placevwas kind of sketchy ass t night though and the parking lot was really foggy 💨 Also there was no wifi in the room which is a bit depressing in this day and she and I didn't have a coffee maker or coffee; and tgere was an iron but no ironing board. All around though a solid 3.5 for the $30 room
The water park and activities are the best part of this is experience. The beds are uncomfortable, not enough pool towels, not enough pillows, and not enough blankets.
Just returned from a short weekend visit. Check-in was a breeze, room was very large and clean. Can be a little tricky getting in and out of the parking lot as there is lots of traffic on N Poinciana (might have just been the weekend we were there as lots of guests we spoke to were there for Daytona 500). Parking can be a bit tricky if returning late in the day but we always found a spot. Pool and lazy river were great (and heated!). On site, laundry was an added bonus. Our only complaint (and not the hotels fault) we could hear lots of traffic from the street (cars with loud exhausts speeding up and down). We had a sound machine, and that definitely helped muffle some of the noise. All in all we had a great stay, and will definitely return.
I booked a 2 night stay and arrived at 11pm ,as soon as I got to my room 638B there was a problem I was given a connecting room. the unit 638A is a 2 bedroom unit, together the units makes a 3 bed room, the guest next door most likely didn’t want a 3 bed room so the resort rented out the 3rd bed room to me( unacceptable ). I booked a studio and was given a 3rd bed room in someone else’s unit ,the lock connecting the rooms was open it was basically 1 door just like the ones in your home it’s like I was in the kids room and my neighbors were in my living room I could hear everything and vise Versa. Security had to come up to lock the connecting door I seen my neighbors when security opened the connecting door so very uncomfortable, I told security I did not feel safe and wanted to move and was told to speak to a manager I went to front desk and asked for a supervisor and (Ryan) stated he was the supervisor I explained the room was horrible and was told why didn’t I say something sooner. No help what so ever did not change my room ,refund me he just put a note in the computer system saying I did not like the room given to me .On top of that maintenance had to come up to fix the balcony door and bathroom door I checked in at 11pm ,room is supposed to be ready at 4pm and they fixing all this stuff now ? Next morning I was told I can use the amenities at the sister property Westgate resort and spa I drove 30 mins and was told I could not use the amenities. When I got back to my resort to tell (Ryan) I was asked if I was given an amenities card I said no when he was the one who told me I can use the sister property’s amenities. My room was freezing I shut my AC off but since I’m actually in a 3rd bed room my neighbors AC is connected to my room I’m receiving the cold air from unit 638A what a horrible stay the room was dirty staff doesn’t care about you once they’ve received your money,and on top of all the maintenance and security coming to my room and me wasting 30 mins driving to a sister property and getting denied, I asked if I could do a late check out and was told (NO) on top of all these problems I’ve had. I will never give any Westgate brand a penny of my money ,my family’s money, my friends ,coworkers ,anyone that’s willing to listen money , stay away these are horrible people that run this place.
