I liked: activities, property, cleanliness, food. I didn't like: parking price, and not being able to late check out, not possible to do mobile checkout.

Everything was great, kids had so much fun, room was clean, food was reasonable and very fresh and nice. Will definitely be back to the other locations they have, commucation at the hotel was amazing.

We had a great family staycaytion. The property is beautiful and they have a lot of family friendly activities.

This property has everything you need to enjoy a fun Florida vacation. Be prepared to pay resort prices on everything, but that's to be expected. Overall, was very impressed with the hotel and experience there.

All activites for the kids closed early. The food at the bar was way over priced and not good. The hottubs was so crowed we couldnt enjoy them, an alarm was sounding so loud at the pool you couldnt relax. Very disappointing for the money spent.

The property is beautiful and lush, however, there are several things that could have been better. The number one thing was the water Park wasn’t working the entire time we were there. The reason I booked the hotel and paid almost $500 per night was for that reason so my kids could enjoy that. We only had access to the pool and the lazy river ,we found on the final day of our stay. I was speaking to other families at the pool who complained about that as well. They seemed to have been renovating the area and there was a horrible smell from the materials they were using. Parking, there is plenty of parking, however, get ready to pay over $40 per night for parking, one my final bill at check out, I was charge resort fees again, even though I already paid at bookin.The gate was also broken for two days. The Room. The bed was clean and I sprayed Lysol to make sure. It was also comfortable for the most part with white sheets. What was disturbing was the bathroom, it wasn’t properly cleaned. There was mold in multiple areas. Also there were hairs that weren’t mine at the opening of the entrance to the shower. On the second day I had to beg the maid to come clean the bathroom and do the bed. The lady didn’t speak much English, but she was saying she needed to call down stairs to get permission to clean our room. That was strange. There was also a huge watermark stain in the ceiling in the bathroom. A nice thing we experienced was that they gave us an extra hour to check out.

The rooms need to be updated and AC was terrible in our room, making it very uncomfortable and hot.
