I stayed at Ramada by Wyndham Kissimmee Gateway during my trip to Florida and had a comfortable stay. The hotel is very convenient and easy to access. The room was spacious and came with good amenities. Parking is free and there are plenty of parking spaces available, which was very convenient. Breakfast is not included, but the hotel is close to many restaurants and very near Disney resorts, making transportation easy. Overall, it’s a good choice for anyone looking for a convenient place to stay near Disney, and I would recommend it.

The courtyard portion of the hotel is dated as compared to the tower portion. The breakfast buffet was good and the wait staff was very attentive. As being unfamiliar with the requirement of using streaming services to watch the tv was a pain.

Mixed experience: Super friendly, smiling and proactive staff Nevertheless, getting to the Disney parks from the hotel is complicated. Shuttles have to be booked 24 hours in advance (otherwise they sell out quickly, even in low season) and the timetables are not great (sometimes arriving late, without a pass the queue will be long at the attractions) If you take the Uber option, it will cost $20-30 per journey. Please note! There is also a resort fee to be taken into account and paid at the hotel ($9/person/day) Finally, when we arrived, a room that wasn't ready was given to us but they were able to offer us another room instead.

Decent place lots of rooms

The hotel is far from Universal and you would need car to travel any of the parks. The shuttle service is not at all useful as they have very limited seats. We never used to get any reservation which we had to do atleast 24hours earlier (still we could never get any seats). And the timings for shuttle were really awkward as they would leave 2 hours or earlier before the parks open up. The rooms are spacious but very basic. The room service is very basic and they would not even deliver a simple disposable cups or spoons to the room. We need to go down to the reception everytime to collect it. The only advantage was that it was close to Walmart. Overall it is a decent property where you can expect very basic service linke room cleaning and nothing else.

Not atending to requests of modification/cancellation of the reserve due to the problems with delayed fligths.

When I arrived there were dirty sheets on one of the beds. They did come change it. There was no hot water so they had to fix that and did pretty quickly. For the price it’s a nice hotel two pools, a movie every day/night, pool tables and a large chess board. Also very close to the parks. Will stay here again.
