Firstly the hotel says it’s a 3 star when it comes to paying extra for the safe, fridge and kettle however they like to promote the 4star sign for the hotel at reception you can’t be both? Cleaning of the rooms was very basic ( floors very dirty) cleaning around pool bar was very bad dirty plates left from teatime until the next morning. We only had breakfast which the choice was ok except for the very poor choice of fruit however the hot food was just warm and we went early for breakfast. Most of the staff just don’t speak to customers the only ones that bother are the night porter, and evening bar staff and the young lady that does swim fit. The hotel had good views and in a quiet area.

Outstanding hotel very relaxing experience will definitely return went for bed and breakfast so can’t comment on any other food but breakfast was good. Cannot say a bad word about our time here and will be returning. We felt so relaxed only downside was having to leave.

This is a lovely hotel, rooms are clean and functional and the staff were friendly and very helpful and the view from our room was just amazing. When we arrived, there were no hand towels in the room, we had 2 single beds pushed together (very uncomfortable) and the fridge made the most horrendous noise. As it was late, we just went to bed and thought we would deal with it in the morning. We told reception about the towels and the fridge, and also asked if we could get a mattress topper for the bed. Within an hour, there were towels, a topper on the bed and a brand new (quiet) fridge….couldn’t have asked for better service. The food however, did leave a lot to be desired. There was always something that you could find to eat, but nothing was very hot, just tepid. There is a very nice little taverna just outside, which was lovely and very reasonably priced. Although there are plenty of sunbeds around the pool, a lot of them are in the shade for the best part of the day, so, if you want one that is in the sun all day, you had no chance unless you were there before 7.30am, by then, most beds had towels on them but we found that people were not going back to them till around 11.30, some even 12pm. Same with the beach beds.

Beautiful hotel with magnificent sea views. My bedroom was very clean and comfortable but the food was shocking. Breakfast was poor which lacked a choice of fruits….There was plenty of bananas, peaches out of a tin and if we were lucky there was a choice of grapefruit or oranges some mornings. Hot breakfast food consisted of fatty greasy bacon, fried eggs which were cold and if we were lucky there were pancake/crepes curled up at the edges . Dinner was cold and choice of food again very poor. I did put a complaint in and the Receptionist said she would pass my complaint on to the Manager but it fell on deaf ears. Beautiful place to stay but the food was dreadful. Never again.

Lovely hotel - so clean we thought it had just been refurbished! The scenery is beautiful as right on the coast but it is a bit remote and not a lot of shops etc within close walking distance (for us) although there was a mini mart on site which was not expensive. Friendly, respectful staff. If you have mobility issues it might not be the hotel for you due to the distance to some of the rooms and getting in and out of the sea as not a traditional 'beach'. But we loved the natural pool they had and the other sea access they had set up. Lovely cocktail bar with a huge choice of cocktails. Food was good - lots of choice, plenty of salad and meat dishes to choose from and great choice at breakfast. We would happily have a return visit.

This was our second visit to the hotel and from receiving our key from reception and getting the room we had requested from our previous stay it was like coming home. We had a superior room with excellent sea views and received complimentary fruit,wine and water plus beach towels. Aphrodite and Alex greeted us in the Argonaut bar with open arms and hugs and kisses. Staff everywhere in all areas remembered us from the previous year and knew immediately what we wanted to drink. Mr Andrea's the general manager was always immaculately dressed and always available for a chat. We had no hesitation on our return home to book again for next year so we will see everyone again on 23rd April 2025

Had a week here with family . Hotel and room was very clean . Staff very friendly . Manager came up to speak to us nearly everyday . Enjoyed ourselves by the beach bar , gorgeous views and bar man neo was very friendly . If the kids wouldn’t eat the food they were happy to make chicken nuggets or pizza for the kids . Loved the breakfast plenty of choice to suit everyone . And different meals everyday . Cleaners were around all the time making sure your room was clean and even seen them at the front of the hotel brushing outside . Staff happy to Ordera taxi through the hotel to go into town which isn’t far from the hotel taxi cost 20 euros . If you want a relaxing holiday with amazing views this is definately the hotel to stay at . Cant wait to come back Caron and Keith from wales .
