Beware International Travelers: Self-Check-in is Japanese-Only with Zero Support
The room itself was decent and spacious, but the check-in experience was an absolute nightmare—especially for international travelers.
This property operates entirely on a self-check-in system with no front desk staff. Although they send a door code via email, the main smart tablet at the entrance displayed everything in Japanese only. We could not complete the process, and Google Translate did not help. We were locked outside for over two hours.
What made it far worse was the complete lack of emergency support. We called the hotel's emergency hotline multiple times and sent emails, but received no response whatsoever. We were completely stranded. We had no choice but to book another nearby hotel at our own extra cost just for that night, and we only managed to finally get into our room late at night—with the help of a local Japanese family who happened to be staying there.
Parking was another issue. There are only 3 slots available on a first-come, first-served basis, despite what the booking description suggests. We had to negotiate hard just to secure one.
While this hotel offers reasonable value for money, I strongly advise against booking this property unless you are fluent in Japanese and fully prepared to handle a completely self-sufficient, "no-help" situation. If you encounter any technical issues, do not expect the hotel to assist you—you will be on your own.
