"The room was quite warm, and the twin room was very convenient as the two beds could be pushed together, which is great when traveling with kids. The buffet was also delicious, especially the desserts – I've never had such good desserts at a buffet before. Plus, they offer a free shuttle directly to the main scenic spots, which is incredibly handy. The outdoor scenery is also excellent; the panoramic king room offers a night view of the Ice and Snow World, just make sure you don't book the wrong one."

"This hotel is located in the Chinese Baroque Quarter, offering a blend of Chinese and Western styles. The exterior boasts Western Baroque-style curved facades, while the interior is designed like a traditional Chinese courtyard. It's just a short taxi ride to Central Street and St. Sophia Cathedral, or you can opt for the subway.
Unlike other hotels I've stayed at, the complimentary minibar here included birch juice and Kvass, allowing me to try local specialties without having to go out and buy them. The complimentary European bread at check-in was also a nice touch.
Breakfast offers both a buffet and set meals, featuring a mix of Russian borscht and Chinese wonton soup, truly a fusion of East and West.
Overall, my stay was excellent, and I would definitely consider staying here again if I return to Harbin."

"This hotel is really close to Harbin Station, which I found super convenient. Maybe it's because I was driving, but despite a lot of one-way streets, it wasn't too far from any of the attractions. The hotel itself is in a quiet location, and having a parking lot was great for self-driving. The front desk staff were very friendly; they even gave some snacks to my child when we checked out after a two-night stay. Overall, it's excellent value for money."

"This was my first time staying here, and overall I was very satisfied. When I first arrived, I didn’t have high expectations since the lobby is not located on the ground floor. However, once I went up to the 4th floor, the lobby felt spacious and luxurious.
The check-in process was fairly standard, taking around 10 minutes. The staff had limited English skills, and there was no warm welcome as you might expect from a four-star hotel. However, since this is in China, this may simply be the local standard.
I stayed in a room for three people. The room was not very spacious, but still acceptable for three large suitcases. One strange thing was that only two towels were provided, and even until check-out, they were never replenished to three, despite the room being booked for three guests.
The room heater worked well. There was no bidet in the toilet, and the shower’s hot water was sometimes inconsistent, occasionally turning cold unexpectedly. The TV channels were limited to local Chinese channels only, and the TV was not a smart TV.
Breakfast was quite varied and tasted good. The location is excellent — about a 7-minute walk to Zhongyang Street, a 2-minute walk to Sophia Cathedral, around an 8-minute walk to the nearest metro station, and the hotel is directly connected to a mall next door, making it very convenient for shopping and visiting the supermarket for daily needs.
Overall, it’s a fairly good option. If I visit Harbin again, I would consider staying at this hotel again, especially considering the reasonable price for such a strategic location."

"Had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location is super convenient, the room was spotless, the bedding was comfy, and all the amenities were great. The front desk staff were so warm and helpful; they even got me hot water when I checked out! Both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. "I booked for 5d4n,it was a last minute booking, due to returned from Yabuli. This hotel is nearby harbin west train station, 5- 10 mins walking distance. There is a underground walkway (escalator) to the train station. But, the walkway door opens at 6am and closes at 11pm. You can still use the staircase.
I booked for 1 queen bed and received free upgrade of 2 queen beds. As there is no front desk, it is advisable to contact them immediately once you have booked it or prior to reaching this hotel for hotel room access details (digital locked). The hotel is clean and spacious, with 1 dining table, washing machine, fridge. The room photos are as advertised. They allow free luggage storage at their office at the same building. They also request for a rmb100 refundable deposit, and they even allow late check out with extra charge applies.
Few restaurants, Convenient stores, fruit store, coffee shops and KFC. The nearest subway station is ChengXiang station, exit 2, less than 10 mins walking distance. Distance between airport and this hotel is about 30 mins drive (around rmb80 to rmb100), depending on traffic. There are 3 to 4 blocks of this building area.
I strongly recommend to stay here. Unfortunately, i forgot to take the room photos."

"The suite was very spacious with a great view. Harbin was really cold, so it was super comfortable to stay at the hotel. The executive lounge was also large and business-friendly. I was so glad we booked such a big room because of the cold – we didn't go out much. The room, especially the shower, was incredibly comfortable. My only complaint is that for three of us, they only offered a two-door small car for borrowing, with no room for negotiation. It wasn't that there were no larger cars available, they just wouldn't lend them. After two days, the car door handle even broke, and only on the third day did they finally agree to lend us a larger car. I'm really speechless. Honestly, I would have been better off renting a car myself. This is my only major complaint. Just because a service is free doesn't mean it should feel like a handout, and that doesn't align with your hotel's positioning."

"The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right on Central Street, and very close to St. Sophia Cathedral, Daoli Market, and Hongzhuan Street Morning Market. The hotel itself was also quite clean. The only downside was that the heating wasn't very good, it was quite cold. However, the front desk staff were very friendly!"
