"We booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival. The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek. During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved. Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area. Her service was prompt and professional. She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday. The check in process was efficient. We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty. She was friendly and welcoming. The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in. In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel. A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business. Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing. The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do. The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money). The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard. Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant. If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date). Compliments to the chef/s in this regard. Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant. Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around. As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back. Thank you again, Tina. We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service. I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard. Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available. We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic. We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel. See you soon."

"嘉興南湖帕瑞思酒店入住體驗：細節藏温，遺憾亦暖心。作為自駕游來南湖的遊客，帕瑞思酒店的入住體驗算不上完美，卻處處透着讓人記掛的真誠。剛進初始房間時確實有點失望，空氣中隱約的黴菌味讓疲憊的旅途更添了幾分煩躁。聯繫前台後，工作人員沒多問就立刻致歉並協調換房，全程麻利又客氣，那份不推諉的態度瞬間撫平了壞情緒，這個服務態度是非常不錯非常值得表揚的！新房間很清爽，搭配酒店主打的“裸睡級”床品，倒頭就能放鬆下來。最驚喜的是細節處的貼心。洗漱台居然備了免費卸粧油和洗手液等，對於自駕途中沒帶全用品的人來説太實用了；早餐更是超出預期，“朝膳”餐廳的品類很豐富，中西式都有，尤其是嘉興本地的肉粽，糯米油潤、餡料紮實，一口下去滿是江南風味，配着現磨豆漿，瞬間喚醒一天的活力，這一點也是非常值得肯定的！還有宵夜也是很不錯的，吃宵夜的人還是蠻多的，夜宵阿姨也很不錯的，雖然忙但是很有序，不過略有遺憾的是，聽説酒店有冰淇淋供應，但由於第二天需要趕路太累早早就睡了，沒能嚐到，算是此行的小可惜。作為自駕遊客，也想提兩個小建議：一是希望能增加伴手禮服務，比如提供便攜裝的五芳齋粽子、南湖菱羹這類本地特產，或者紅船造型的文創掛件，方便我們帶點“嘉興記憶”上路；二是停車場可以加設更清晰的指引標識，夜間找車位時能更省時。總體而言，這家酒店的服務和細節足以掩蓋小瑕疵，尤其適合像我這樣奔着南湖來的自駕遊客，下次再來大概率還會選擇這裏。嘉興也是個非常不錯的地方，不管是天氣還是旅遊景點都是很不錯的，酒店各種服務都是很不錯的，很貼心，就是細節衞生更細緻一點就更好了！"

"The room was very nice. Modern, classy and elegant. The entire hotel is well-serviced and very clean. The front desk had trouble checking-in a foreigner which is strange for a city like Jiaxing, but the hotel was very good regardless."

"Very new experiential, deep immersive old traditional Chinese town experience for an international couple tourist! Nestled quite deep in Jiaxin town, it’s a modern Chinese town where they reconstruct all the old Chinese dynasty towns from stratch. We stayed 2 nights in the hotels within the compound and entrance tickets were free. It was fashion week and there were fashion shows, flea markets and art galleries when we were there. A good creative way of melding modern, traditional and fashion and art together. Worth visiting!"

"酒店位於濮院時尚古鎮內，訂一晚贈送了兩張古鎮的門票，小朋友身高在120以上額外買了一張半價票。進入古鎮先在前台辦理入住隨後坐觀光車到客棧，房間寬敞，設施也很齊全，周邊環境不錯。早餐比較簡單，服務員收餐速度很快，即便時間到了，有客人還坐着吃是不是應該告知一聲？服務態度有待加強。古鎮除了水街比較新奇其他就比較無聊了，很多商鋪都沒開，乘涼夜飯上餐速度極慢，自助的炒飯和飲品都需要搶，現成的鹵味涼菜也供應不過來，燒烤更別提了，得在燒烤爐子旁邊等着。吃一頓飯一個多小時，越吃越餓。建議管理加強，週末節假日增加人手。"
