"The room was incredibly spacious, with all facilities feeling brand new and completely odor-free. I appreciated the wet/dry separation in the bathroom and the comfortable bed. They even provided complimentary disposable bath and face towels, and there was a huge projector screen, which was a nice touch. My only minor complaint is the absence of a refrigerator. Cleanliness was generally excellent; everything felt new and spotless. However, the white fabric sofa tends to get dirty easily, which I hope they'll address. The surrounding area offers convenience stores and breakfast spots, yet it's surprisingly quiet. I had a peaceful night's sleep and woke up feeling completely refreshed. A big thumbs up to the shuttle driver! The front desk staff was also incredibly polite and attentive. They even offered hot bottled water in the morning, which was a truly thoughtful and warm gesture."

"The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. The service, from the front desk to the driver, was exceptionally warm and thoughtful. The bath towels and regular towels were very soft, clearly indicating good quality choices. The hot water for showering was also plentiful. We were a little disappointed that the underfloor heating wasn't on when we arrived, but it wasn't cold with the air conditioning running. For a price of over 700, the breakfast was a bit simple; I hope they can add more variety. There wasn't much difference between the two days. We drove there, and the road was a bit tricky and narrow. The hotel has its own parking lot, and the butler was very considerate. On our second day of visiting Jiuzhai, they helped us drive our car to the entrance of Jiuzhai for us to pick up, saving us the hassle of traffic jams. On the first day, we had pick-up and drop-off service for Jiuzhai. When returning to the hotel, be sure to book with the butler about an hour in advance, as Jiuzhai experiences severe traffic. Luckily, we told them in advance, so we barely had to wait for the car. Overall, we were very satisfied! Wishing you a prosperous business!"

"For anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou, I genuinely recommend this hotel. It was newly renovated this year. They also offer a shuttle service directly to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area entrance. Everyone here is incredibly warm and welcoming, and the hotel itself has a very cozy atmosphere. I really loved the decor. The breakfast is definitely worth mentioning – it's delicious and offers a great variety, which gave me plenty of energy for sightseeing. The bed in the room was huge, and you can tell the owner invested a lot in the renovation because all the furniture is solid wood, giving it a very upscale feel. The hotel staff are all so friendly, it truly feels like home. Plus, there are lots of handsome guys and pretty ladies working here, haha. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit. The management should remember me when they see this review!"

"This was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Jiuzhaigou. I've been to Jiuzhaigou before, but I don't recall seeing this hotel; it seems newly renovated with brand new and complete facilities. Check-in was very quick. We had an extra person, and the front desk immediately gave us an extra breakfast voucher and an extra set of disposable slippers and toothbrushes. Even though we had our own, it was a very thoughtful and wonderful gesture. The room was spacious, and the air conditioning worked great at night. Plus, there are plenty of convenient dining options nearby."

"I apologize for the late review. I wasn't able to help the business during the National Day holiday. I was on a tight schedule and booked immediately based on reviews saying the bed was comfortable. Later, I saw the negative reviews, but it was too late to change seats. I checked in at 2 a.m. with trepidation. I was pleasantly surprised to find the business has its own underground garage, which can accommodate 6-7 cars and has two Taurus slow-charging stations, charging 0.9 yuan per kilowatt-hour all day. The hotel isn't large, but it has an elevator, and the rooms are decent. The bathroom and toilet are separate, providing ample space. I hate having the shower and toilet together; it creates a mess and makes it difficult to move around. It was very clean overall, the wait staff were friendly, and the small restaurant they recommended was affordable, good value, and unique. This is the first time I've written so many reviews, and it's truly a positive experience."

"The village where the tent is located is very beautiful. It is not excessive to lie here quietly for a whole day. When you open the curtains, you can see the misty valley. It’s a pity that our schedule was very tight and we didn’t have time to take a good look at the scenery in the village from morning to night. The boss was very nice. He turned on the heating for us in advance. He also made us a pot of butter tea for breakfast the next day. It was a very humane homestay. I like it very much. I will definitely come to the village to sit and lie down next time when my schedule is not so tight."

"This comment follows the previous one. The next day, we visited Jiuzhaigou. Jiuzhaigou's beauty goes without saying; you can experience it for yourself. It's a leisurely walk from here to the entrance, not too far, about half an hour. It was also quite quiet at night. In the morning, there was some noise from other tour groups downstairs, but they were leaving around the time we were getting up, so it wasn't a big deal. This place is very close to the direct train to Jiuzhaigou Huanglong Station. Before you go, remember to buy your tickets in advance and calculate your high-speed train departure time. It takes two hours to get there, so generally allow three hours for booking tickets. I'd also like to share pictures of the dinner from the previous night; it was all home-cooked, but the stir-fry was delicious."

"The hotel exceeded my expectations and was incredibly thoughtful. They even called me after booking to remind me to reserve tickets for the scenic area! After arriving at the B&B that evening, the hostess sent me some good restaurants nearby for reference. I also had some work and data to transfer, so they generously lent me their computer! I did some laundry before going out to eat, and when we got back, they had already dried it for me. What's so thoughtful about this hotel? We booked a twin room for four, and there was no extra charge, and breakfast was free. The next day, they even arranged a car to take us directly to the scenic area. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends when they visit!"

"I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. Although it’s located a bit far from the main Jiuzhaigou scenic area, the staff made up for it with exceptional service. From the moment I booked, they arranged transportation and took care of everything until the very end of my trip. A special thanks to Linjiao, who was incredibly kind and attentive. Her hospitality was outstanding — she looked after me with such care, provided helpful recommendations, and constantly checked in to ensure I was safe and comfortable. The room itself was beautiful and cozy, and the environment felt very warm and welcoming. There’s a nice local restaurant nearby and a fruit market just a short walk away. The locals were also very friendly, which made my stay even more memorable. I’m truly impressed and grateful for the experience. Highly recommended!"

"I absolutely have to review Lujing; it was simply perfect! This guesthouse is located on a small hill near the entrance to the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, and its overall design is very tasteful. The manager at the front desk saw that I had booked two rooms and specifically upgraded me to a large suite – soaking in the bathtub at night was incredibly comfortable. It was raining when I arrived, and the front desk manager helped me with my luggage, holding an umbrella. The driver, in particular, drove us to the scenic area, and even when I came out around 12:00 PM, he was still there to pick us up. The young lady at the front desk was especially lovely, thoughtful, and attentive. The breakfast was also excellent. I've been to Jiuzhaigou three times and stayed in hotels and guesthouses six times, and this one is the best. Last year, I stayed at a 5-star hotel right at the scenic area entrance, a hotel operated by Jiuzhaigou itself. This year, staying at Lujing was genuinely much better than last year's hotel. If you have time, really take the opportunity to relax and enjoy the atmosphere at Lujing. Highly recommended!"
