"This is a well priced for a quality and a very well located hotel I n the center of Shenyang. It is metres away from restaurants, food halls and maintain station. The service of relation manager , Bessie is beyond compared. From the check in and to the check out, she is there to help foreigners. Her command of English is excellent and her knowledge of the area is tremendous. She can advise you for your needs and show you directions. I highly recommend this hotel to any travelers visiting Shenyang. The room is large, and cleaned everyday."

"A definite 5-star recommendation! The hotel's location is superb, just a stone's throw from Taiyuan Street and a short walk from the subway station, making transportation incredibly convenient. All your dining and shopping needs are easily met nearby. The hotel service truly deserves full praise. A big thank you to the staff working on the afternoon of August 16th, especially a lady at the front desk – my apologies for not remembering your name. The hotel breakfast offers an incredibly rich and varied spread, with authentic flavors that are both visually appealing and delicious. The gym is spacious, bright, and well-equipped. The room facilities are luxurious. Although they show slight signs of age, this in no way diminishes their luxury or functionality. However, I would suggest the hotel implements a more thorough and regular cleaning schedule for some of the sofa upholstery. Additionally, the room layout could be further optimized. For example, regarding bed placement in family suites: while I understand the current design philosophy, I recommend reconfiguring some rooms to place both the large and small beds in the bedroom, thereby restoring the living room function. Furthermore, the food and service at the Tang Palace restaurant on the 6th floor are also excellent. Beyond a 5-star recommendation – this is my top choice when visiting Shenyang!"

"I was very satisfied with my stay at this B&B. 1. Comfortable environment: The area is quiet, and I can see greenery outside the window. Waking up in the morning was refreshing and I was completely relaxed. 2. Thoughtful room: The decor was cozy, and the bedding was clean and soft, making for a great sleep. The bathroom was odor-free, with consistent hot water. A hairdryer and toiletries were also provided. 3. Excellent service: The host provided check-in instructions in advance and responded promptly to any questions I had, leaving me feeling completely at ease. Overall, the value for money was excellent, and I'd consider staying here again."

"The moment the wooden door was opened, the whole person fell into the gentleness of the south of the Yangtze River. The blue and gray brick walls were covered with mountain tigers, and the sun casts fine spots on the ground of the terrazzo through the carved wooden windows. The old-fashioned wicker chair in the living room is warm and lustrous, and the celadon bottle on the coffee table is inserted with a few osmanthus with morning dew. The air is floating with a faint tea and woody fragrance."

"The surrounding environment can be, eat and drink, next to the mall, the service is also very good, but the room has a problem, the first room I lived in did not have a network, and changed to another air conditioner basically equal to no room for a night or two and changed to the third room, the bed is hard, and it does not match the picture. I booked a comfortable bed room. The first two rooms were barely counted, but the third room was obviously a special bed room. The front desk told me that I needed a photo to upload."

"This stay was a far cry from my visit in March this year. Both times, I booked Executive Club rooms primarily for the lounge access to relax. 1. **High Deposit**: For a three-day stay, they charged a 6500 RMB deposit. I found it quite high and double-checked, but the front desk staff was unhelpful and curt, simply stating it was hotel policy. 2. **Insufficient Water**: On the day of check-in, there were only three 350ml bottles of water. By 6 PM, I ran out and had to resort to drinking tap water from the bathroom. When I returned in the afternoon, the water situation hadn't improved, so I called housekeeping, and they brought two 500ml bottles. The next day, it was the same story! I even had my cold and fever medication laid out in the room, yet the staff didn't think to simply provide more water, like six bottles straight away? 3. **Slippers**: Yes, when I came back on the second day, I needed new slippers because the ones from the first day were completely soaked after our shower, but no fresh slippers were provided by housekeeping. 4. **The Embarrassing Afternoon**: On my third day, I decided to extend my stay for another night. I informed the front desk about this at 2 PM that afternoon. What followed was a truly embarrassing and frustrating afternoon. I explicitly told the front desk that I had a cold and a fever, needed rest, didn't want any fruit or anything, and just wanted to sleep. That afternoon, housekeeping staff brought water, slippers, and fruit in three separate trips. I was running a fever and desperately wanted to sleep, but I had to keep getting up to answer the door! I then realized I hadn't pressed the 'Do Not Disturb' button (not blaming the staff, but I had already clearly told the front desk I didn't want fruit and just wanted to sleep), so I immediately activated DND. At 5 PM, I thought I could finally get some sleep. The moment I drifted off, the front desk called, asking if I wanted to check out, extend my stay, or refresh my key card, etc. (Don't your systems track this?!). At that point, I just wanted to go home!!! The Front Office Manager's approach to resolving the issue was quite subjective. During dinner at the restaurant, I was given a hotel cartoon mascot as a 'solution.' When she called, she did express apologies for these issues and offered me a discount of just over 150 RMB (which I believe was the difference for the executive lounge when I mistakenly extended to a different room type for the fourth night). She clearly had no idea about the embarrassing experience I had that afternoon. The next morning, still running a fever, I had to listen to her lecture me. That's when I decided to write my first truly serious negative review! I hope the hotel ensures they always have enough water and slippers ready! What's the point of charging such a high deposit?"

First, the **service**: All hotel staff, including the front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, and cleaning crew, were incredibly friendly, patient, and customer-focused. Second, the **location**: Newly opened in 2024, the hotel boasts an extremely convenient location, very close to the Exhibition Center, Shenyang South Station, and Sujiatun Station. Our room featured two beds – one king-size (2 meters) and one large twin/double (1.2 meters) – comfortably accommodating four people, along with a spacious sofa. Third, **nearby amenities**: There are numerous dining options available, with many right on the ground floor. Ordering takeout is also incredibly convenient. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!"

"Fantastic location! It's close to the airport, high-speed rail, tourist attractions, and a shopping complex right next to Hang Lung Plaza and the municipal government building. The area feels very safe and secure, and the value for money is excellent. The room layout is clean and spacious, and the service is super efficient – they respond within ten minutes. Ordering takeout is a bit of a hassle as you need to take two elevators, but I guess that's a trade-off for safety. The bathroom has a really nice design. 🌃 After celebrating Christmas at the lobby bar, soaking in the tub, munching on some chicken bones, and downing a bottle of Ba Wang Si soda was just absolutely perfect!"

"The service is good. It costs 48 yuan to apply for membership. After arriving at the room, I saw that I could apply for membership on WeChat. After understanding, I was told that the membership services I enjoyed were different. The room was damp, but fortunately there was no odor. The towels were a bit pitiful. There are very few parking spaces at the entrance of the hotel. The free parking lot is a little far from the hotel. If you count the discounts of Ctrip, it is better to check in directly at the hotel if you buy breakfast."

"The room was spacious, like an apartment, and fully equipped with amenities including a washer-dryer combo, a built-in refrigerator, a microwave, and an iron. The location was excellent; the bus stop was right outside, and the Forbidden City was just 100 meters to the left. The service and cleanliness were impeccable, and they even provided complimentary freshly made burgers and hand-drip coffee. I would definitely stay here again next time, as there are only 14 rooms available, making it quiet and less crowded."
