"Nice cozy space in the heart of the city, it was a little bit confusing at first with the reception being on the 10th floor, but the room themselves are spread out throughout the building which is nice. It doesn’t give off the typical hotel vibes, a bit more like home stay since they have a kitchen (but they don’t have any utensils/pots/pans if you wanted to cook). AC and projector worked well"

"Futian Shangri-La is overall a good hotel with comfortable rooms, a great city view, and a strong location for business travel in Shenzhen. The room itself was well maintained, spacious, and offered a pleasant stay experience. One of the highlights was definitely the view, especially from the higher floors. However, the service experience was somewhat inconsistent, as the staff did not come across as particularly attentive or proactive during the stay. While nothing was negative, the level of engagement and hospitality did not fully match the expectations typically associated with the Shangri-La brand. Overall, still a solid hotel option with good facilities and comfortable accommodation."

"Great stay! Brought my parents to shenzhen for the first time. And we stayed 3 nights here. It's super convenient, the surrounding is shopping, and lots of foods 360 degrees surrounding the area. Very close to dongmen old street. The staff in charge was helpful and friendly too. Our flight was in the middle of the night with flight delays, we only reach the hotel at 4am. He helped us with the luggages. The room that I booked was cool, all smart system and the view was wonderful."

"We booked 2 suits for weekdays and got upgraded, enjoyed the happy hour afternoon tea on top of the breakfasts, and was generous when I asked for late check out. The lady who checked us in was really helpful. Will come back again if the price is right, it's great location anyway."
