This 349 m2, two-storey house has 4 comfy bedrooms, is well-decorated and perfect for families and friends, who are searching for something special. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 on the ground floor. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed (1.80 x 2 meters), a dressing room and a 23 m2 terrace with lovely garden views. It is a nice place to enjoy a glass of wine with your partner. The room has a porthole which you can cover. The second bedroom is also very spacious and comes with 2 twin beds. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are on the ground floor. One has pool views and a double bed. The other one, with garden views, offers two twin beds. All four bedrooms are equipped with a fan. The bright sitting-dining room is nicely decorated with unique pieces made of marble and sculptures made of stones from the Tramuntana Mountains. Furthermore, there are comfortable sofas, a huge dining table for up to 16 people, a fireplace, satellite TV and WIFI. This dapper villa was built in 1989 and has been carefully renovated in 2016. During hot summer days, you can refresh yourself in the 5mx 3m private chlorine pool with a depth of 1.3m. The pool is surrounded by a mediterranean garden with different plants, Buddha-Statues and trees, a heavenly place for making a barbecue, having a glass of wine on the terrace, taking a nap on the sofa or getting tanned on one of the two loungers. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors. Once inside you will be surprised by the special style and care with which this house has been renovated. The living room with large sofa invites you to watch TV (satellite, but only German and Spanish channels) or to light a fire in the wood-burning cooker on autumn evenings. The kitchen and dining area are open to the living room, including a vitro-ceramic cooker and all the necessary utensils to prepare your favourite dishes. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bedroom with double bed is furnished in a warm rustic style, offering air conditioning, wardrobe and access to the terrace. The outdoor areas are wonderful, including a large 12 x 5 m chlorine swimming pool with a depth of 1-2 m and 4 sun loungers, our guests' favourite place for sunbathing. The property is fenced and there are some neighbours nearby. The house is approximately 135 m² on one floor and has 3 bedrooms with wardrobes, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds and air conditioning. For our younger guests, we can provide a cot and a high chair. There are two bathrooms with showers. The living-dining room, with a special character thanks to its stone wall, is very cosy and has two sofas, satellite TV and air conditioning. A second separate dining room with a large table for 8 people also has a sofa and A/C. The separate gas kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking your favourite dishes. Located on the outskirts of Inca, this villa is ideal for those seeking tranquillity without straying too far from the town, although we recommend that you come with a car.
