"We had a fantastic family getaway at this hotel! The kids were thrilled with the amenities - one got a fresh haircut at the salon, while the others enjoyed a relaxing spa day. The hotel also thoughtfully provided a smoking area for those who needed it. Plus, the counter staff was incredibly friendly and patient, making our stay even better. Highly recommend!"

"One of the longest standing 5 star hotel in Batam. View is of greenery - facing the golf course. Gorgeous. Hotel was running full, friendly reception officer Finy, offered me a deluxe room with twin beds, balcony golf course view. My original booking was standard room king bed. Shuttle buses at certain timings to Grand Batam Mall and Nagoya Hill. Gym was well equipped. I saw the Sauna and yoga area at level 10 One thing to note- the sun is overhead in the morning. So the pool does not get sun as it is blocked by hotel building( until around 1015am) . In the afternoon there is chance of sun. The area where the cafe is gets morning sun. Cafe Luminal next to the hotel served coffe roast from starbucks .not a major starbucks coffee fan so I had watermelon juice instead. Cafe’s environment was great for remote working as there were many charge points. Overall a pleasant stay."

"Had a pleasant stay at this cozy apartment. Though there were a minor hiccup, overall the experience was enjoyable thanks to the warm and accommodating host. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and perfect for a short 1–2 night stay with friends if you just want to relax and nua. It also comes with a nice view — and if you’re lucky, you might even catch the sunrise to greet you. Highly recommend for a quick getaway! 🌅✨"

The atmosphere was relaxing and it felt like good value for the quality provided. I really enjoyed the night with my partner. It left us with sweet memories. "Saw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to. We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist. Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness. The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria. Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels. A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort. Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean. The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in. Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle. There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed. The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted. TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied. Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up. Pool is open from 7am to 9pm. Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k. The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything. Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back."

"The location is great, close to the beach, and the price is right. This time it was a business trip. I chose the apartment for half a day because of its location and cost-effectiveness. It is very fast to get to other places in Batam. The key is that the ferry terminal is next door, which is very convenient to Singapore."

"The owner said Tv had only netflix and youtube. And no Netflix account. But when i adjust the antenna. There's normal tv channel available. She wont entertain calls. Only whatsapp test. Hate this type of people"
