Max Occupancy: 10 adults, 15 total.The Space: An entry area, family/TV room , living room, 4 bedrooms, each with King bed and an adjacent or ensuite bath, And a game room with a ping pong table. The 4th BR has a short hallway to a 2nd sleeping alcove with Queen bed. Since there is no door, we do not count it as a 5th BR, but the two sleeping areas are separated by a full bathroom, which they share. There is a large office space over the 2-car garage, a small sun room and a small South-facing deck, and an extensive back deck/patio with several seating pods and 2 large barbecue grills which provides terrific outdoor living in summer. The deck/patio backs up to open forest, allowing for significant hiking options right from the back yard.
