The Nantucket Community offers an indoor heated pool, tennis courts, fishing dock, boat ramp access, and of course all that the town of Duck, NC has to offer.The spaceWalk up a couple flights of stairs to your top level condo with bay/sound views!As you enter you go to the left to access full kitchen and dining table. Bear to the right for a full hall bath, laundry room, and queen bedroom. As you come in if you continue to walk straight pass the kitchen you will lead into the living room with vaulted ceilings and primary king bedroom with attached full remodeled bathroom in 2023. Spacious tile shower with multiple head shower assembly for a spa like experience. The primary bedroom does have a large slider that leads out onto the large deck with water views and high-top table - the perfect place to start and end your day! There is a single flight of stairs inside that leads up to a nice third bedroom with two twin beds and again more vaulted ceiling! At ground level is the garage that is accessible to our guests - great spot for you to store your own beach goods, water toys, etc.Guest accessWe do have a couple kayaks for your use with kayack roller so you may take them down to the sound for easy water access at your own risk (lifevests and paddles provided). A huge dining room with wood burning fire place for chilly fall days and built in bookcases. The space flows into the spacious Cathedral-ceilinged living room with a huge screened dining porch on one side, and an open sundeck surrounded by trees, with Adirondack chairs in the back. The first master bedroom opens off the living room. It also has cathedral ceilings, ceiling fan, windows galore, a large and private covered porch with arm chars, a brand new bathroom with double vanities, built in shelving and a huge open European shower complete with rain-shower head. This bathroom was a king bedroom before the recent renovation; the shower alone is ginormous! Some of our guests have been known to take videos of their loved ones taking a shower to show their friends at home.... This room has its private shaded deck with comfy chairs for two, overlooking the trees and the fish cleaning table below.On this level, off the hallway from the kitchen to the stairs and the "Back of House" there Is another full bathroom with soaking tub/shower, 48” wide well lit vanity with mirrored wall cabinet, as well as a laundry room with washer and dryer, and a utility closet under the stair with spare light bulbs, flashlights, batteries, high chair and kid arm chair, and other necessities. It also has a large powder room. The outdoor shower offers a delightful surprise, a luxurious aluminum rain shower column with body sprays to help wash off the sand before entering the house.
