We will charge a $35 fee for every additional guest past the occupancy limit (10 people). 10. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We're sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them. 11. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in). 14. No unauthorized pets allowed. Additional cleaning fee will be incurred if there is animal dirt/hair in the house in order to remedy for next guests. 15. Please be cautious of the white furniture/rugs/bedding. Unfortunately if damages or stains occur during stay, guest will incur additional cleaning fee in order to remedy for the next guests. 16.
