I just returned from a week at the Kaiserhof with the Ski Club of Washington DC. I am very experienced with skiing in Europe and I have to say this hotel is one of the best located hotels I’ve experienced. You can practically crawl out of bed and onto the Hahnenkamm lift it is so close. The hotel staff is amazing—special mention goes to George the Restaurant Manager, and Sarah at the front desk. The quality of food is superb. I have no suggestions for improvement it was such a great stay, even though it was not the best year for snow. Kitzbühel is also a gingerbread Alpine town, which one does not find in larger resorts like Chamonix or Corcheval. Yet, you still get the level of Apres Ski that one would find at the larger resorts. My experience at the Kaiserhof is easily five stars.

Best located at Hahnenkamm station, 5 minutes walking to the walking street of old town in Kitzbuhl . Friendly staff, easy check in process, delicious food. I’ve been there ten consecutive years for skiing. Keiserhoff hotel is like my winter home.

This is the second visit to this wonderful hotel. It is just out out of the centre but very close to the underground and trams run regularly on main road. Our rooms had everything we could possibly need including a shoehorn and umbrella! This shows the care that has been put in to provide comfort for its guests. The whole hotel sparkles as it is very well maintained. The good range on the breakfast buffet is enhanced with a glass of ‘bubbles’ which you can pour yourself. All the staff were helpful, friendly with a smile for everyone. I look forward to returning. Top tip - buy a cake from the kitchen to remind you of this excellent hotel.

An excellent hotel in an excellent location, perfect for the ski lift. The staff were wonderful and made our stay very pleasurable. The room was lovely with a sunny balcony. We hope to return to the Hotel Kasierhof and ski in Kitzbuhel again. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

One amazing week at the Hotel Kaiserhof: incredible location (unparallel proximity to Hahnenkammbahn gondola), cleanliness and helpful/friendly staff Wonderful breakfast spread and the included 5 course dinner each night was exceptional. But it was the hotel manager George who truly made this property/experience so special. Just book it!

What a wonderful week at the Kaiserhof Kitzbühel! Location, rooms and food are all top notch. George, the restaurant manager, provided us with five course meals every evening that catered from vegan to carnivore in a most elegant fashion. The entire staff is of the highest level. Thank you Kaiserhof for a wonderful vacation!

Fantastic food and service. George, the dining manager, is second to none. Always gracious and charming, he went out of his way to make sure everyone in our large and boisterous group was happy. The vegetarians were especially delighted in his ability to get vegetarian opinions for each course.

This is the place stay. While snow did not allow ski in ski out, it is a short walk to gondola and close walk to all the shops and restaurants. The hotel is upgraded with heated bathroom tile, heated towel rack, and wonderful waterfall shower head with additional hand held shower fixture as well. The dinner courses where all served with gourmet flair with warm and gracious host George who is embodiment of hospitality and a shining example of a highly rated hotel. Breakfast offerings were numerous to please all guest. The staff are all professional and approachable. I will cherish my stay and look forward to my next visit.

I led a trip of 19 skiers that stayed at the Kaiserhof for seven nights. We were fortunate to have both breakfast and dinner included in our tour package. Everyone at the Kaiserhof was wonderful. The reception even put my soaked ski gloves in the dryer one morning. The rooms were the best European hotel room I have ever experienced. Rain showers, plenty of storage, great maid service, etc. But what really put the Kaiserhof into a new class was the dining hall food and service. George was the head of the dining hall, and treated us all as VIP’s. He provided variations on menus for vegans and pescatarians. George provided excellent wine suggestions, decanted reds, and ensured that wineglasses were filled. There was effort spent on presentation for each course. One memorable meal had three dumplings of different construction on a rectangular plate for an appetizer, with desserts presented the same way. Breakfasts were of good quality and variety, with eggs cooked at an omelette station, and some daily specials. I would happily stay at a Kaiserhof property again.
