В прошлом году было лучше, многое урезали по меню, нету больше коктейлей в баре (кроме алкоголя и колы ), номер был староват, в здание Теодоры по новее, ночью мне было холодно попросила теплое одеяло у них уже не было, только вафельное покрывало, также отсутствовали элементарно пробники не было даже шампуня (я приехала на 3 дня естественно с собой не брала)

7-13 ağustos arası 6603 nolu odada (bahçe katında )ailem ile birlikte tatil yaptık. Oda hergün temizleniyor . Çarşaflar , havlular değişiyor . Yemekler , çocuklar için aktiviteler, oda temizliği, personelin çözüm odaklı oluşu , personelin her an (sabah 7 yada gece öğünü saat 1 hiç farketmiyor) güler yüzlü olup hal hatır sorması , yiyeceklerin yeterli sayıda olması çok güzel .otel çok temiz. Ortak alanlardaki lavaboları gönül rahatlığıyla kullanabilirsiniz . Çocuk restoranında nihat bey , pasaj bar osman bey ve ana restoran mehmet caylan bey’e özellikle teşekkür ederim . Tüm animatörler işini çok güzel yapıyor. Kıds clup tüm çalışanları çocuklarla gerçekten bire bir , sıkılmadan ilgileniyor . Biz sadece denizinden memnun kalmadık . Çok fazla dalgalıydı ama onun da seveni çıkar tabi . Yüzde 100 tavsiye edeceğim bir otel bizim için .

Good morning, the owner of the hotel is very, very polite towards all the guests, he tries to help, I will try to advise and give hints at every step to make the guests feel like they are in a second home and around the hotel there are many nice things that are very important for a good rest in this hotel, check-in usually takes no longer. than 5 minutes is also very important because in most hotels it takes 15-20 minutes, no one is in a hurry, no one is in any tension, but here it takes quite quickly and efficiently. Secondly, if someone arrives by car, there is a closed parking lot where you can easily leave your car. without paying extra money for it, the third thing is in front of the hotel, opposite, there is a hairdressing salon called Salih and Fatma, you can go for a shave, you can go for your hair, you can go for other treatments, which I always use, when I come back to the hotel, the rooms and the entire hotel are in a nice designer style always very, very clean and tidy. Everything is in place, the price is also very attractive compared to what we have - a nice room with a comfortable bed, cosmetics and air conditioning, where in the summer it is very important that you can set the air conditioning and go to the balcony and the room will cool down because it is summer after all very hot in Turkey at the very top and top floor of this boutique hotel and there is a beautiful terrace Where you can spend the evening, drink good wine and eat a delicious breakfast in the morning with a view of the entire Old Side, it is a really very nice view ;-)) Everywhere from here it's close to: It's close to the taxi rank, it's close to the beach, it's close to the restaurant because it's opposite 🤣 When I travel to Side, I always visit this hotel, even if I'm not a guest! Great hotel, staff excellent, food fantastic, bed very comfortable, pool good, outside area good, room adequate, air con brilliant, location is the best 12 paces to the steps down to the beach, hotel sun beds, on the beach, get your drink and food brought to your sun bed by beach waiters, sea is like a warm bath and can walk about 150 metres and still stand up, no under currants. The promenade is huge, must be 2 miles long, a great walk. Some fantastic restaurants in Side. And a few good beach bar's over all a great place, this is our 2nd time at sunprime dogan beach hotel, last year it was very quiet, but this year was loud music until gone 2am some nights so didn't sleep as well as last year but still good. Last thing, just a special mention for our brilliant waiters in the outside bar and restaurant especially to Salih, thank you for looking after us and will see you next year, Dave and Susie, From England.

Ayrıca kaliteli bir konaklama da sağlıyor. Side’nin en güzel tarafı sahili, o bakımdan otel içindeki havuz bana hitap etmiyor zaten çoğu yabancı turist ile dolu olan havuz kalabalık da. Her gün plaj için temiz havlu imkanı sağlanıyor. Çalışanlar oldukça kibar ve ilgili. Ala carte restoranlar ise çok kaliteli. Otel ile alakalı söyleyebileceğim küçük olumsuz yorumlar şunlar olabilir: 1- Restoranda içecek almak için garsonlara sipariş vermeniz gerekiyor, garsonların sayısı da epey fazla yani sipariş için geliyorlar yanınıza ancak bu durum dar alanda oldukça kalabalığa sebebiyet veriyor. Misafirlerin içeceklerini kendi de alabileceği bir sistem kurmaları yemek alanını rahatlatabilir. 2-Sahilde şemsiyeler güneşten tam koruma sağlamıyor, bu da güneşlenmekten çok güneşte yanmaya sebep oluyor, tenteler bu konuda her zaman daha iyi 3- Banyoda misafirlere özel diş macunu ya da diş fırçası konulmamış ayrıca saç kremi de yoktu (ancak şampuan ve duş jeli mevcut)

Прекрасный отель по системе ”ультра все включено”. Свежие, чистые номера. Прекрасная еда, очень вкусные коктейли (качественный оригинальный алкоголь). Понравились вечерние шоу - живая музыка в баре у бассейна и программы в амфитеатре. Спа зона была обновлена в 2024 году, но нам показалась маленькой и не очень приятной по сравнению с Барут Хемера. Если вы любите кофе, то рожковая кофемашина у них только в баре у бассейна. В остальных местах кофе делают из автомата. Приходилось просить отдельно, чтобы сделали именно из рожковой машины. В целом отель рекомендую.
