Hotel berhampiran Can Halı Saha, Kiziltepe

Konum olarak Yeni Şehir ( yeni Mardin ) diye geçen yerde kalıyor. Eski Mardin’e araçla 10 dk da gidiyorsunuz . Temizlik gayet iyi. Yatak ve yastıkları çok konforlu. Yemek yemedik o yüzden yorum yapamayacağım. Oda manzaramın fotografını ekleyeceğim . Hotel’ de saç maşamı unutmuşum aradılar hemen kargo ile ulaştıracaklar. Çok ilgiliydi kat hizmetleri yöneticisi Mehmet bey. Teşekkürler Hilton Garden İnn ailesi .

This is a stunning old building right in the centre of old Mardin within walking distance of many interesting sights plus shops and restaurants on the doorstep. There is nowhere to park immediately at the hotel but there are two car parks within 500m. I attempted to park at the back but gave up as the streets are very narrow and winding. I had booked several hotels on my trip through Booking.com and this was the only one which asked for payment in full in advance. This wasn't a problem and on arrival they showed me the room I had booked (economy single) and two alternatives. I stuck with my original booked room as the others would have cost extra. The room was just off reception and was huge with a comfortable double bed on a raised area, table & chairs, sofa and a small shower room. There was a high, vaulted ceiling, good aircon but no window which wasn't an issue. As has been mentioned, you need to leave the shower running about 3 minutes before hot water comes through but it arrives eventually. Wifi was OK but went off occasionally. Outside there are superb terraces with stunning views. When I sat out there, I was given tea at no charge. Breakfast offered a lot of choice and was good quality. The reception staff speak good English and they gave me a walking itinerary and also a driving itinerary which were really helpful when sightseeing. This is an excellent hotel in a good, central position and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

29 Nisan-1 Mayıs 2023 tarihleri arasında Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Mardin’de konakladık. Odaların temizliği çok iyiydi. Kahvaltı ve yemekler çok lezzetliydi. Personelin güleryüzlü tutumu, resepsiyonda yöresel ikramların bulunması, otelin konumu tek kelimeyle mükemmeldi. Mardin’de bize kendimizi evimizde hissettiren Ramada Plaza oteline ve çalışanlarına teşekkürlerimizle, tekrar görüşmek ümidiyle.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful mansion and words alone cannot express our experience. A truely unforgettable one. The attention to detail, cleanliness, spotless bathroom, presentation of rooms, delicious cuisine, and the most kindest and considerate staff I have come across in Turkey. Genuine hospitality like we have never experienced before. Our needs were met in every way and beyond, right down to organising a private driver to tour us, taking us to all the places we wanted to visit in our short stay. Honestly there is no way this could have been achieved without your help and effort. I am most greatful for having crossed paths with you all, Mr Mahmut Bey, Mr Servet Bey, Mrs Dilber Hanim and our most attentive Mr Bulent Bey who served us breakfast every morning and made us feel so special as well as the chef and cleaning staff… and heartfelt thanks to Mr Kiasim Bey for driving us and showing us all around Mardin and Midyat. Thank You for everything you all did for us, it was very much appreciated! Our holiday in Turkey this time was 2 months long visiting many different locations and places, all the way from Australia. Mardin however was something else, and really stood out amongst the rest. If you are looking for a historical & culturally rich experience please don’t bypass this place, but especially don’t overlook this mansion. I must add that we dined in the hotel restaurant one evening and the the food was like nothing we have experienced during our times in Turkey. This was definitely on another level. Absolutely delicious, using the finest of products and quality that is truely unsurpassed . After your stay, I can assure you, you will not leave disappointed but feeling overwhelmed by the beauty and charm of this place. I personally was left emotional and humbled by the history of this place, the heartfelt hospitality and the kindness of each and every staff member. Неоднозначное мнение. Номера неплохие, но некоторые моменты требуют ремонта/дополнительного контроля. Уборка могла быть получше, каких-то косметических средств не хватало, туалетной бумаги например, грязное полотенце с пола просто повесили к чистым, ванну не чистили (возможно уборка не каждый день, мы останавливались всего 2 ночи). Завтрак ужасный, на 2 день пошли в кафе рядом. Но! Персонал супер! Отзывчивый, улыбчивый, готовый помочь по любому вопросу. И красивый бар на 2 этаже.

We went to Mardin for Bayram holiday with my family and had the best experience. First of all, I would like to thank the hotel staff Erdem, Zozan, Zeyni, and Hasan. The experience was like my home away from home. The hotel was beautiful, a little on the expensive side but I think it was due to the local Bayram holiday in Turkey. The rooms were beautiful, clean and cozy. The hotel felt like staying at a historic mansion. The breakfast was delicious and the staff treated us like their own family. Mardin stole our hearts... . It's amazing place full of history, culture,delicious food and the nicest friendliest people I have ever met in my life..... we all absolutely loved it there and the hotel was the icing on top. I will definitely stay here next time.
