Hotel berhampiran Josefa Hory 1510,, Kladno

I stayed at this location with some friends after our flight back home got cancelled. Despite us speaking solely english, the staff were very friendly and the rooms were very nice. The real gem of the place is its onsite restaurant where all the food was unbelievably delicious. If I find myself in the Czech Republic again I'll be sure to consider this place to stay.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night only and appreciated the comfort and service throughout. Unfortunately, we had an early flight and no time for breakfast. The hotel has great location, across the street from the terminal, well sound proofed, modern architecture and furnishings. We highly recommend it.

Ha sido una estancia perfecta. El alojamiento ofrece transporte de ida y vuelta al aeropuerto de forma gratuita. Tuvieron el detalle de prepararnos un paquete de desayuno el último día, porque cogíamos el avión muy temprano. La habitación tiene todo lo necesario: una cama cómoda y amplia, una nevera, una tetera (con café y té de cortesía), una TV, y un baño con ducha limpio y cuidado. En cuanto al desayuno, a nosotros nos pareció más que suficiente: diversos tipos de pan, embutidos, quesos, cereales, zumos, algo de fruta y verdura, bollería y una máquina de café. Está alejado del centro, es verdad, pero eso lo sabes cuando reservas. Sin embargo, tiene buenísima conexión con transporte público y en apenas 20/25 minutos estás en cualquier parte del centro de Praga. Algunos comentarios hacen referencia a los radiadores y a la calefacción: en nuestro caso todo funcionó perfectamente, de hecho, la calefacción sólo la poníamos 5 minutos, porque calentaba muchísimo. Nuestra estancia, relación calidad-precio, de 10.

Un hotel muy sencillo, con una ubicación cerca del aeropuerto pero lejos de todo lo demás (lejos del tren/metro/tranvía, restaurantes, mini market, etc). En mi caso, tuve que llegar e irme en Uber/Bolt a más no haber... La recepción no es 24/7, entonces es un problema si se llega después de las 9pm o si se sale antes de las 7am, porque hay que llamar a alguien para que llegue a abrir el hotel y le atiendan. Incluye desayuno, pero no lo pude probar porque lo sirven no muy temprano y tuve que salir temprano. Vi varios niños jugando en varias zonas del hotel, es muy tranquilo como para pasar una noche e irse a otro hotel.

Hotel molto bello e pulito. Vicino a tram 9 che arriva in centro in 13 minuti 🚀 consigliatissimo.

Excellent location to the central spots. Pretty new environment and facilities. It is perfect choice for staying in Prague either long or short term stay.

Hotel is very nice, however there are a few points worth to mention: * Concierge. Overall great experience, however one of the concierge team members (lady) had a Ukrainian flag on her name tag, which supposedly should mean that she should speak Ukrainian, when we started to speak Ukrainian, she was replying in russian! We do not want to be communicated in russian language, we did not pay to stay at the hotel to hear Russian when we did not ask for it! Very upsetting that you hire people without a knowledge and just put random flags instead of them speaking the language. *** Please explain to the staff that it is important to reply in the language in which customer is communicating or at least in English. Thank you 🙏🏻 * Service during the breakfast and housekeeping. All the kitchen, service and housekeeping teams were super friendly, very nice 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Special thanks to Roxolana & Halyna Pashinska for their incredible personal touch. * Hotel Room The room was clean, however had this horrible smell from the bathroom canalization. Each time we had to open the windows to be able to stay in the room. We were a bit busy and didn’t have time to deal with the room changes, however please do something about it. It is very very bad. * Food. Food is great, however we stayed since July 23d until August 6th and we could not eat the breakfast anymore, it is not changing at all 😅. If we knew we would book the rooms without breakfast and eat elsewhere. Water. There was no water in the room, which is a bit different from other hotels we stayed at. I hope this comments will help you to improve the experience of your guests.
