Everything was ok. Service friendly and polite, breakfast ok (different types of juices, eggs, bacon, different types of cheese, salami, different types of bread); the hotel and hotel room were clean; just the mattresses will need to be replaced slowly. They are not so comfortable.

It is a nice, clean hotel. Nothing to fancy, but overall it has all you want in a basic hotel. A normal bathroom with decent shower. A room large enough with enough closet space. My particular room was a bit noisy, as I was staying right under a restaurant. For the rest, I had a great stay

We were greeted by very nice receptionist, that explained everything to us and we got very nice and clean room, with wide hot shower with strong stream of water - very relaxing. Very comfortable beds and inspita of having a window above big restaurant, room was qiuet. Great location near Minimundus and the lake. Breakfast was rich and high quality food, very nice terrace with a view of mountains. The only thing to improve is info about gluten free food. Which foods contain gluten (or are gluten free), and having a gluten free bread would be nice. But besides this,it was awsome and I would come back when in the region:)

We stayed one night on our way to Italy, hotel is close to the park with big playground which we enjoyed with our 4 years old son, breakfest were really good, they have milk alternatives like rice milk which we appreciated as our son is on milk free diet, room was clean, we will come again next time

The hotel is located in a good location. It has its own parking places. Breakfast is satisfactory and can be consumed on the nice roof terrace. The hotel is more like a student dormitory. In my opinion, the category of the hotel is 2 stars. The hotel required online check-in before arrival. On the day of arrival, however, I had to fill out the form again in paper form.

Una bella camera spaziosa e pulita, a pochi minuti dal centro di klagenfurt. Personale cortese e disponibile ad aiutarvi anche in situazioni d’emergenza come è successo a noi. La camera non è tanto , ma d’altra parte siamo in Austria. Buona scelta di dolce e salato per colazione.

Schönes Zimmer, schönes Bad, super tolles Frühstück, alles in allem sehr ruhig und angenehm. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Verkehrslage und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen.

Sehr kühles Ambiente, leider abgewohnt, erinnert mich an meine Zeit in einem Schülerheim. Leider zahlt man bei Direktbuchung sehr viel mehr als bei Internetplattformen. In Summe daher kein zufriedenstellendes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis.

Die Schranke für den Hotelparkplatz läßt sich erst mit der Zimmerkarte öffnen. Bis zum Abschluß der Anmeldung steht das Fahrzeug ungünstig im öffentlichen Verkehrsraum. Bei voller Auslastung des Hotels ist der Frühstücksraum zu klein.Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist zweckmäßig und freundlich.
