Ulasan Andaman Lanta Resort

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice and had different items every day. Rooms were nice and clean. Renting scooters was easy to do at the front reception.

Staff and amenities were fine but the breakfast was dismal. Nothing that was supposed to be hot was anything but. Why bother putting food in a warming tray if you’re not going to heat it? The fruit was totally tasteless, on par with the shrink-wrapped crap you get in the midwest of the US in January… the worst I’ve had in my 30 years of visiting Thailand. For those early risers don’t expect the 7 AM opening unless you are willing to wait until 7:15 for the staff to chow down before they open the doors to air out the stuffy dining room. By all means book a room here but make sure to pass on the included breakfasts…. whoever is running the kitchen in the AMs is worthless and needs to be terminated.

Отель находится на хорошем пляже(можно купаться в отлив). Убирают и номера и территорию хорошо. Рядом магазин 7/11 и много ресторанов. В отеле в ресторане адекватные цены и вкусно. Стандартные номера всё на дорогу. Делюкс с видом на бассейн и море. Персонал дружелюбный. Отель сильно уставший(мебель вся расслаилась, лампочки некоторые не горят, в бассейне много отвалившейся плитки и сломаны ступени).

เหมือนพอรู้ว่าเราจองผ่านแอฟแล้วเจ้าของเหมือนไม่ค่อยเต็มใจบริการ แต่พนักงานบริการดีมาก

The hotel offers budget rooms for a very cheap penny up to private bungalows overlooking the beach and/or pool area. You get what you pay for but I have nothing bad to say about the hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff who spoke English perfectly. Very nice breakfast - probably the best we had in Kho Lanta area. All felt very fresh and the beach right off the hotel was amazing and sunset beautiful!

Rooms are very poor and basic, bathrooms even worse. Staff could have been for polite. Breakfast was good. There is definitely more nicer hotels on Lanta to choose from for this price. Ps. we brought one glass from the room to the beach restaurant and they charged us for the glass (!!)

This is a nice but not great hotel. The rooms are ok but the sliding door locks didn’t work. The hotel is a bit older and could use some updating. The pool is wonderful and the beach is very very nice. We had dinner at a restaurant on the beach just past our hotel and it was very good and the sunsets on the beach are fantastic. The town is not much to speak of and not inviting to walk around. The hotel to ferry transfer was not there in the morning to take us to the ferry. This is an included item with our stay but we ended up having to hire a tuk tuk to get there on time. Disappointing. The hotel desk said they often forget to pick people up. Apparently they did show up 1/2 late which would have made us late for the ferry. It is done through Viator which is surprising because we’ve used them all over the world and they’ve been very good.

We loved our stay here. The beach is amazing and the resort is great. Staff are super helpful and hardworking, and it's clear that a lot of time, care, and attention is put into maintenance and operations. Our ground level garden room was very nice, though it's time to upgrade the bathrooms. The pool is beautiful. Great bar onsite. Lots of options for breakfast, and the choices were quite typical for a Thai resort. Would happily return.

nice place , but we refuse the first rooms because very very close from the main road and on another side border by car park. After negotiation we got rooms in the main building but very noisy because on the road side . Not a real commercial attitude as all hotel was empty and all the rooms on swimming pool side were empty. shower not working properly .

On a pris une villa avec vue sur mer et piscine, elle est spacieuse avec une très belle vue, literie confortable et surtout rien à dire sur la propreté. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très gentil, souriant. Le petit déjeuner pas extra , sincèrement ils pourraient mieux faire par contre les plats pour déjeuner ou diner sont très bons et les prix raisonnables bravo au chef!! Je vais mettre quelques photos. Je recommande aussi les massages ayant essayé plusieurs en Thaïlande c'est ici le meilleur massage que j'ai fait et les prix sont les mêmes partout sur l'île L'emplacement est bien à 2 km de walking street.

L'hôtel Andaman Lanta Resort est bien placé géographiquement, à une distance raisonnable du port et à proximité de la plage. Un grand jardin et une piscine centrale agrémentent les lieux. Les chambres sont un peu vieillissantes, et l'établissement dans sa globalité également. Le rapport qualité prix est bon en revanche car les prix sont assez bas. La plage frontale est un peu sale, mais Koh Lanta a le même problème sur toutes ses plages.

房間非常過時，浴室基礎，沒有任何警告，時不時就沒水（不是理想住處，尤其是帶着小孩子的時候）。酒店最好的部分就是泳池，靠近海灘，然而一大早大部分太陽椅就被人用毛巾佔了位。。。遺憾的是，酒店沒有任何政策反對這種預訂太陽椅的方式。早餐基礎，但是足夠。高峯期時，咖啡機前面排起長隊，自助區也排起蛇形長隊。
