Perfect location and facilities at a great price. Accommodation is spacious with everything you need. Pool is lovely and right outside the villas and next to the beach. Beach is quiet at this end but with lots of nice restaurants around it. This is somewhere I would love to return to soon

From the moment we arrived, we were embraced with unparalleled warmth and care by the incredible staff, whose dedication to ensuring our happiness was beyond anything we’ve experienced before. They weren’t just staff – they felt like family, going above and beyond at every turn to make our stay truly unforgettable. The accommodation was simply breathtaking – a flawless blend of luxury, comfort, and serenity. Every detail had been thoughtfully curated to create an oasis of relaxation, from the spotless interiors to the impeccable design that showcased both elegance and practicality. Waking up to such beauty every morning felt like a dream. As for the location – it’s nothing short of perfection. Amazing stay Ray and her team couldn't have been more helpful for our stay. She was attentive to our every need and went above and beyond for our sons birthday she decorated outside and brought him a cake! The villa itself was perfect a great size and in the best spot on the beach, it was low season hut still had plenty of food options within walking distance. 7eleven and lotus are also only a 25min walk or you can get a scooter for a great price. I must also give a huge thanks to Band who was always working tirelessly to keep the property tidy bring us water ect a really lovely man. Thanks for taking such great care of us!

A few years ago we stayed in the 3 bedroom beach front villa with a poll which was excellent. This time with just the two of us we tried the apartments. A very nice two storey building of 10 two bedroom apartments. Set back with approximately 30 metres of garden to the beach with a good size 25 metre pool. The apartments are a good size, lounge/kitchen, both bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, the master front view being larger and better appointed. Outside furniture for eating and even a large outside spa bath but this didn't look as if it had been used for some time. As an apartment breakfast is either visiting one of the beach restaurants a few hundred metres away or self catering, and the shop with sufficient choice is just across the road. Cereals, breads, milk, no alcohol in the one shop by next door does. So beachfront, comfortable, fridge, tv, a/c in the bedrooms, WiFi. Not particularly expensive, in fact cost effective for families with children. And there lays one drawback. You could have noisy families, or two families, or people staying here inviting friends around for the lovely pool, or even people walking up off the beach to do the same. While no fence or planting allows a lovely view, it leaves the property open to the beach. There is no security to stop such things happening. We weren't too troubled by such things but it seemed rather carefree of management to give no consideration to such matters.

This is a fantastic beach front location in the middle part of Koh Lanta. Walking distance to good restaurants and one of the best cafe's on the Island Full-Fill. Ray was the most excellent host, efficient and nothing was a problem. She had a good understanding of English, and her recommendations from beauty spas to restaurants, cars to walks and cooking schools were outstanding. Ray is worth her weight in gold to have around she absolutely made our stay on Koh Lanta so much better. You really felt she was genuinely wanting you to have the best experience, not only at the resort but on Koh Lanta as well. The only reason we didn't give this stay an excellent is our apartment (BA B1) was a little tired with some things not working their best. But it was nice and private on the upper floor which suited us. We did move downstairs for the last night due a leak problem from torrential rain and that apartment had been done up, so much nicer finished. If there was anything not right Ray was very quick to fix or change though.
