It can't be called a hotel it's a very nice looking and everything is near the seas are very good and the environment is very good

We had the best, best time. Such a peaceful, beautiful place. The staff were amazing, took us everywhere we wanted to go, booked our trips and transfers and were always around to help. So glad we decided to stay here and we hope we get to visit again in the future. Great location for beaches and restaurants.

Lovely little hotel with beautiful grounds & friendly staff! Had our own personal cat hang around for our stay too! 😀😀
Got to feed fish & the staff were always working on the grounds keeping them clean.

Good location about a 15 minute walk to a beach with a few bars /cafe Fantastic, helpful and friendly staff. Rooms large and well equipped comfy beds, kettle etc. Quiet cabins away from the road .The grounds are beautifully kept and cleaned. Great place for your stay

We arrived in Koh Lanta stopped at a cafe found WiFi and booked Baan Suan as it was a 2 bed bungalow. Nice spacious room, double. Bed in each room and we had an extra mattress for out 3rd child. Fridge, microwave and facilities to make coffee. Lovely cafe/restaurant on site, great pool to cool down into the end of the day. Very clean well looked after and friendly and helpful staff would definitely recommend. Thank you

I can even put into words how amazing our stay was with all the staff at Baan Suan Rim Klong Resort they made us feel so welcome and made everything so easy , anything we needed they helped with from extra towels to recommendations, the Hotel has a taxi service which is free to most the local beaches and 7/11 , and was fairly priced for locations further up the island this was absolutely amazing given some people in our group weren’t comfortable with riding a moped /scooter , Orange was our driver for most the trips and he was so lovely and kind , We also had Ma Jinda who was the best host ever , she gave us her what’s app for whenever we needed anything from collection from one of the beautiful beaches to some extra bits for the room. The resort is located well within walking distance of a few of the locals beaches , their in-house restaurant was amazing quality and was super cheap aswell. Thank you for having us 🥰🥰

The location was good, maybe not stay on the beach, but not far from the beach, the place was very nice and quite , the room was clean , especially all staff was very very kind, friendly, and polite, you will feel like you stay home if you stay here

+ ruime kamer + prima bed - wasservice. Ze zijn meerdere items kwijt geraakt in de was, waaronder een broek en shirt. Nemen je niet serieus en komen niet met een oplossing. DE WASSERVICE NIET NEMEN HIER! - veel muggen - vieze scooter helmen - verstopte douchputje (zat vol met haar) - zwembad was niet schoon - clean-up 1x in de 2 dagen (niet elke dag schone handdoeken dus) - ver lopen (7km) naar het levende gedeelte van Koh Lanta (walking street) - hotel biedt taxi’s aan van 250bth per persoon. Taxi’s kosten 100bth per persoon. GEEN TAXI NEMEN VIA HOTEL.

Coucou peux tu me rédiger un avis positive sur un hôtel en disant : endroit propre , avec une chambre de 5 pour nous , la salle de bain et le Salon . Il y’a. La Clim . Décor intérieur comme extérieur très sympa . Extérieur était très végétal , avec des fleurs un immense jardin et un lac. Il y a egalmeent une piscine donc très bon point . , accès à des vélos , scooter gratuitement pendant 1h et possibilité de les louer pendant une journée . La réceptionniste kai est super gentilles , douce , souriante aimable , elle est de très bon conseil et disponible. Mon père ne mange pas au restau pour des raisons de santé . Elle a tous de suite compris et nous a proposé une solution !

La direction et le personnel super sympathique hôtel propre. Néanmoins concernant la piscine les gens sont irrespectueux des lieux et des autres ,pas de douche avant … se baignent avec les crème solaire… et l’eau devient trouble et grasse il devrait y avoir des signalisation qui interdise ces pratiques. Ensuite le bruits des enfants une horreur ça va 10 minutes mais après c’est bon quoi un peut de respect ça ne choque pas les parents de les laisser crier dans les oreilles des gens . De 9 h30 le matin à 18 heures le soir ça crie dans la piscine et sans respect des gens autour,pour le calme c’est râpé Les gens en télétravail sur les terrasses parle fort et sans écouteur . Je pense que pour le bien de l’hotel il devrait prendre des décisions rapidement afin que ces problèmes ne nuisent pas à leur établissement
