We had a wonderful experience here. The place is beautiful, clean, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Everything was well maintained, and we truly enjoyed our time here. It’s a lovely place to visit, whether you’re coming with family or friends. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience!

My stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel was spotless, the room was spacious and comfortable, with excellent amenities and a super cozy bed. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive; check-in and check-out were a breeze. The hotel's location is super convenient, with plenty of transport options and a great variety of restaurants nearby. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area again and will happily recommend it to friends and family. Huge thanks to the hotel team for the outstanding service, and I wish you all the best! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

During my stay in Thailand this was the best place where I stayed. The staff was very friendly and always attentive to us, the breakfast was very varied and what we loved the most was the happy hour 🍻. I hope to return one day

The room was great, and the hotel even gave us a free upgrade to a room with direct pool access, which the kids absolutely loved. The entire hotel has a beautiful, garden-like setting with two swimming pools, and it's very close to the sea. In the afternoons, the ocean right outside is calm enough for snorkeling, and there are lots of small fish – it was really wonderful.

Excellent service and hôtel. Quiet and relaxing. The breakfast is exceptionnel and the staff very helpful smiling and kind. I had an amazing stay. Thanks to Bank and Sanaa for everything( and the rest of the staff.

Was a bit far from the main area, and the hotel provided only one shuttle per day. We actually booked a room with a different design and got a completely different room. When we asked to see the other rooms, they showed us rooms with the same design as the first, instead of just saying they renovated the room. We didn’t get any compensation for this inconvenience. Some of the buildings needed renovations. The whole floor around our room was super dirty and disgusting. A lot of stairs in the hotel if you want to go down to the beach and restaurant area. Also was pretty expensive and was not worth the price in my opinion. Pros - very nice breakfast. Gorgeous beach area. Nice staff. Clean room.

The water quality at Tianyuan (Tianyuan Resort) mostly contains sand and gravel, while at Bishu Shanzhuang it's yellow sediment, making the latter seem dirtier. Tianyuan's food was the best. The activities were also pretty good, but when we arrived, there wasn't much detailed information. We were given a piece of paper, but it didn't have anything written on it, just told us to download an app. We only found out the next day that there were free paddleboards, but the waves were too big that morning, which was a shame. I didn't think the service was good. The front desk staff didn't smile at us like they did at the other three hotels. We also had to wait a long time for someone to show us to our room (we were carrying two very heavy bags). On the way, the staff member even asked me what time the pool opened, and I told her it was on the paper, but she probably didn't understand. At that moment, with our two large backpacks, they didn't offer to help with our luggage, and just wanted us to get to our room quickly. So, I kind of wanted to roll my eyes. However, a good point was that they let us check in a bit early. I think the location is quite good; if you use the paddleboards, you can go to the uninhabited island opposite. The facilities, I think, are just average. The room smelled very nice, and there was no discomfort when getting into the swimming pool. At Bishu Shanzhuang, I felt a burning sensation when I swam, and my mouth even peeled, so I think their disinfectant is harmful to people. Overall, it was okay, with both good and bad points.

We booked three rooms for six nights for our group trip. Here's what my friend had to say: "The hotel was okay, but the service was generally subpar. There was one guy at the front desk, wearing a grayish-white top, who was extremely mean. On our first day, we told him the room phone wasn't working. He rambled on and on, then picked up a phone and said, 'You have to pick up the phone first, then dial the number.' I didn't understand most of what else he said in the local language, but the other two staff members suddenly started laughing and pulled his arm to stop him from talking. It was clear he said something disrespectful to guests (I suspect he implied we didn't know how to use a phone). Later, we went to our room, recorded a video, and showed it to him, but he didn't apologize at all. He just sternly said he'd arrange for someone to fix it." My personal experience in my room was also concerning. The main door was a sliding balcony-style door with a very simple lock, which made me feel quite unsafe, especially traveling alone with my child. There were many dirty corners, likely due to its seaside location making it harder to clean. They advertised free kayak rentals, and I specifically confirmed the free times when I checked in. However, when we actually went to use them, the free slot was only for one specific period per day. A few families together only managed to paddle for about half an hour and take some pictures.

Nice hotel, though the outdoor area could use some better upkeep; there were food remains outside one room for days. The sea by the hotel is perfect for snorkeling. Great service with a thoughtful touch upon check-in.

The hotel is clean and ideal for a relaxing getaway. The breakfast offers a great variety of choices, and there are plenty of activities to enjoy throughout the stay. However, the Wi-Fi could be improved as it tends to be a bit slow.

I extended my stay for one night through Trip.com, and the hotel truly felt like a huge garden. Lush tropical plants were everywhere, creating winding paths and a very thoughtfully designed atmosphere. The Thai-style wooden bungalows were charmingly arranged, blending seamlessly with nature. The pool, while not large, was surrounded by greenery, offering a great sense of privacy. Walking around, it was incredibly quiet – you could only hear birds chirping and insects humming, a stark contrast to the bustling walking street just outside. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat, this place is perfect.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights to celebrate a special occasion. my birthday, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and far from what I had expected. During booking, I had clearly mentioned that it was a birthday stay. However, upon arrival, there was no welcome note or any gesture to make the occasion feel special. After an early morning ferry and a tiring journey, I was looking forward to a warm check-in experience, but instead, I was asked to download an app to make spa bookings. The app notifications became intrusive throughout the stay, which detracted from the relaxing atmosphere I was hoping for. Ahead of my birthday, I checked with three different staff members to confirm my massage booking, as I was not familiar with using the app. Each time, I was assured that the booking had been arranged. However, on the actual day, when I arrived at the spa, I was told there was no booking because I had not confirmed a time via the app. This was both frustrating and disappointing, especially as I had proactively sought confirmation multiple times at reception. What made matters worse was the lack of recovery from the hotel. There was no apology gesture no complimentary drink, no small token nothing to acknowledge the inconvenience or the ruined birthday experience. Later, when we requested assistance to arrange transport to find an alternative massage outside the hotel, we were informed that the taxi would cost THB 100 (USD3.00). While the amount is minimal, this would have been a perfect opportunity for the hotel to show goodwill after the earlier service failure. Unfortunately, no such effort was made. We were told the free shuttle only available from 6-8pm no exceptions in any case. Overall, the stay felt impersonal, with an over-reliance on the app and a noticeable lack of human interaction. It felt more like staying in a business hotel than a leisure resort. Guests should not be expected to manage their entire stay through an app especially when they come to relax. This experience was disappointing, particularly in how the situation was handled. There is clearly room for improvement in service recovery and guest engagement

Our first night was in a pool-view room. It was pretty good, really spacious – enough room to spread out our luggage. The pool was right downstairs. The balcony was also quite large and even had a swing. We tried out both pools. The sea outside was breathtaking and looked really expansive.
