Amazing stay at Irene! The hotel room is spacious and beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. Aoi at the spa is amazing! I really enjoyed my massage and facial with her.

We stayed one night and mostly relaxing at the place. Excellent location, on sunrise beach and then can walk to sunset beach in the evening which is nearby, less crowded beach. Service by the hotel staff is also excellent 😁 The breakfast and lunch we ordered was good.. Although do think they should make it adult only hotel as kids in the other villas during the day can be noisy which can’t be avoided. Otherwise Great for couples for special occasion or a romantic getaway 👍🏼

The lack of sufficient lighting outside at night posed a safety hazard, as my wife unfortunately tripped and hurt her ankle. However, it is worth noting that the resort staff responded swiftly and provided immediate assistance, ensuring she received the necessary care. While this incident was unfortunate, it did not overshadow the overall fantastic experience we had at Irene Resort. In conclusion, our vacation at Irene Resort in Koh Lipe was an extraordinary experience. The impeccable service, delectable cuisine, and the island's natural beauty left us with lasting memories. We highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a romantic and rejuvenating getaway. Pretty good but pricey

The environment is OK, but the swimming pool is very dirty and there is no way to go in the water. The service is not up to par and does not meet the standards of a five-star hotel. The housekeeper is very slow to respond. The service staff kept knocking on the door even though there was a "Do Not Disturb" sign. When checking out, they said they would wait for 15 minutes, but the front desk said they could only wait for 10 minutes. The food was delivered to the wrong place and was all cold. The beach is not private and anyone can come in. It is not worth the price.

We stayed in both the beach and treehouses. This is truly the best hotel on the island, starting with the dock shuttle service. Every staff member was wonderful. Breakfast was served to your room upon order and was average. I recommend the beach room, which is absolutely stunning. While the on-site dining options are convenient, the value for money is average, and the food is mediocre, not as good as some restaurants on the pedestrian street. A second phase of a standard pool hotel is being built in the back, so I wouldn't recommend staying in the treehouses, as the views are average. Cons: First, the price is a bit high. A common issue with this room type is a slight sewage smell and the shower water is salty. The hotel is located at the back of the island, so to get to the pedestrian street, you can only take the hotel shuttle at night. During the day, you need to call a tuk-tuk from the front desk (50🐷 per person) or walk (about 10 minutes). Overall, it's a great place to relax and unwind. I especially want to mention the delicious welcome ice cream at check-in. 😋

This hotel is probably the best on the island. The amenities are impeccable, the ocean view is incredible, and the beach right in front of the hotel is relatively sandy, not too fine. You can use the hotel's kayaking service to reach the island opposite (about a 20-minute paddle). The room wasn't as trendy as some other hotels (we stayed elsewhere later). I loved their breakfast; you can choose from a set menu, each with its own unique twist. I wouldn't recommend their spa. At 4200 for two, it doesn't seem that far off from the 350-500 available at smaller establishments.
