This hotel service is very good and we love food prepared for us is super nice

Everything was amazing. Great dinner kaiseki was delicious. And breakfast also. Stuff was very friendly, speak english, always helped. Good location, if you go outside the ryokan you'll find a beautiful path through nature, and little local streets. I recommend you not to take transfer, but to go by yourself from the station enjoying views. Comfortable onsen with instructions for foreigners. For me it was memorable experience. I want ro visit this place again ☺️

Didn't realized it will be on top of a hill. We got delayed on our train from Kansai, hence arrived a bit late to Arima, tried to call for shuttle but was unsuccessful hence we run up the hill which we thought was just a small distance, but it was much, we've finally arrived to the hotel at 7:30pm a bit earlier than their published latest check in time of 8:00pm. We were told dinner won't be serve after 7pm, we rushed all the way for nothing. They should have also published that on the website to avoid people like us planning a trip to Arima to experience aside from the onsen but also for the traditional Japanese meals. Anyway, after negotiation they did served us the dinner and it was tasty and sumptuous. Aside from the small issue about the dinner, this place is clean & quiet, staffs were very nice and attentive, the onsen are relaxing and we got a very good night sleep. Will still recommend this hotel, but remember to tell them about your arrival time and book the shuttle bus.

Great value for money! We were very impressed with the amenities available in the room, as well as the service. Really enjoyed the dinner in the room and breakfast!

帶室內温泉的房型，看到的家人快逃！如果你想早上五點就被清晨第一縷陽光照醒，如果你想晚上一整夜伴着潺潺的温泉流水聲入睡，選這個房型就對了，全屋的窗簾衹有這麼薄薄的兩片竹簾，入住當晚懷着疑惑的心情還和服務員妹妹確認了一下，得到她清澈而又堅定的回答是的，我就放心的睡去了，直到第二天早上五點被亮醒，我是來度假不是來渡劫更不是來軍訓，這種房間攜程你是怎麼敢拿出來賣一泊二食的，最多配做一個日歸套餐的房間，這時候攜程美美甩鍋了，説這是代理商訂的房間，也不是他們直接定的。唯一令我滿意的是清晨五點居然攜程還有在線客服，但是他們並無法解決我的任何訴求，還是要等到酒店上班，然而直到退房酒店也沒有任何人向我道歉，這就是日本服務業的態度嗎？用攜程定了很多年海外酒店了這次是真的感覺被詐騙。 有一説一金湯還是很舒服的，氣的我衹能在入住時間裏瘋狂泡澡彌補我內心的傷痛，要想有私湯要麼沖套房要麼就住最普通的加錢預訂，別像我一樣又想省錢又想要私湯結果最後一個都不舒服😅不過還是真誠建議大家考慮別的温泉酒店，中國人不騙中國人

整體非常好，本來以為是古舊，但感覺有裝修很新，有四星酒店感覺。第一次自駕遊，車可以泊去門口停車場免費過夜，第二日早上以為車輛啟動不了，職員都十分友善幫忙打電話，非常感謝！而且晚餐同早餐都十分好味道！

看了很多家，最終選了他們家是因為室內有24小時硫磺温泉的緣故，價格不便宜3人含早晚餐一晚將近的8000的價格，不過在日本又是觀光景區，房間也足夠大也算物有所值，酒店有接駁巴士可以到温泉小鎮觀光所，最後如果坐大巴可以搭乘，如果逛小鎮的話不行過去也可以，就是回來是上坡路長者走的話會有點吃力，總之除了貴都很好！

服務蠻好的，酒店有一定年代感。 衞生可以的，晚餐和早餐都還行，不是很驚艷，超過2K不建議入住。 性價比不高！ 尤其週末很貴。 入住很多都是長者。 私湯衹有一個，3點才可以預約時間，但是衹有晚上11點了，温泉很燙，孩子連腳都放不進去，大人也衹泡了腿… 建議冬天吧。 小鎮不大，半小時就逛完了，不是很推薦。 建議衹住一天，小鎮沒什麼東西，酒店除了温泉也沒有什麼公共遊玩區域，2天會很無聊，而且價格也不是很低，有點浪費旅遊時間 總之價格1K多還可以，超了就不推薦了

本來send email俾酒店話會2點check in，亦預約6點晚飯，但因種種原因遲到，原來酒店見我遲遲未到，已經send email問我哋幾點到？我最後6:10pm才到酒店，酒店亦安排晚餐到房間，工作人員態度親切有禮，亦有專員帶上房間再介紹酒店設施⋯ 晚餐在房間食，但都相當豐富，但房間有點細，但之後check out時見其他房間又不太細😅早餐不是自助，但都ok。

服務十分周到，入住前一周酒店已發電郵跟進抵達及膳食安排。抵達有馬溫泉車站後，可透過information center通知酒店派專車接至酒店。 設施整潔、裝修樸實雅緻，選擇的房間附室內溫泉，既方便又舒服。 膳食優異、服務優秀。晚餐及早餐都在房間用餐，菜式豐富、用料及口味講究；服務員做準備、上菜及飯後清理的服務都十分到位。

조용하고 정갈한 료칸이었습니다. 직원들은 정말 친절했고 음식도 훌륭했습니다! 무료 셔틀이 운행되고 시내로 걸어나가는 길도 메인 거리 쪽이어서 좋았어요
