Ulasan The Royal Park Canvas - Kobe Sannomiya

Hotel yang baru dibuka, sangat bersih. Saya tidur sangat selesa dan tidak bising. Lokasinya terletak di pusat bandar, dan daging lembu Kobe yang paling terkenal hanya dalam jarak berjalan kaki. Terdapat gim di tingkat dua, harganya sangat baik Terutamanya baru, suka hotel baru sangat bagus!

Gambar yang saya lihat dalam gambar itu sangat berbeza dengan gambar yang saya tinggali, dan gambar yang menggambarkan gambar itu lebih baik daripada gambar yang saya tinggali. Saya fikir akan ada meja atau sesuatu yang berasingan. Hasilnya, ada meja di sebelah katil. Kerana alasan saya sendiri, saya tidak menempah bilik untuk dua orang, tetapi dia memanggil saya secara langsung untuk mengganggu saya, dan saya sangat kesal.

I highly recommend this hotel. good location and comfortable. just that the room is abit small. love the free croffle and drinks available at the lobby. worth your money hotel.

Great location in bustling neighborhood near main tourists spots (shrine, herb garden, harbor and Chinatown). Extremely clean and comfortable rooms (with bathtub and shower) and common areas. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great amenities (face mask, skincare, etc). Breakfast is so-so, nothing special and nothing Japanese.

Free coffee and tea is provided for the whole day. The desert provided at night us very nice as well. The location is also convenient.

Walking distance from JR station around 10 mins walk. The hotel is surrounded with different options of restaurants and shopping areas are also nearby.

Hotel extremely close to busy districts, shops and restaurants open til late night. It is quite an interesting experience that there is a night snacks serving at hotel restaurant at night for customers. However, there was no bath tube at room and parking bays were full very soon, we cannot reserve a parking bay when we arrived at 9! Also, unfortunately, we were assigned to 2nd floor, cannot comment on the view.

Clean & new hotel at a very good location. There is even a 24 hrs Donki just opp it , with my restaurants just walking distance

Always my hotel of choice in Kobe. Modern funky vibe, nice facilities and fantastic location for food and Kobe Sauna

Good location not really in the main city centre which would have been super loud but 5-10 mins walk to the main streets. We asked for a quiet room when check in and also we told them that it is a part of our honeymoon. They did give us a small card and the room was quiet enough. Though around midnight you still hear some noises from people on the street. Amenities wise, most of the stuff you need to get them on the reception floor , I found getting bottled water from reception a bit nuanced but meh no big deal. Overall solid 4 stars hotel !

Loved the location of the hotel and clean interior of the room, staff are very nice too. There is free croffle for room guests from 9pm to 11pm but we missed it. Will def come back and try!

Location was convenient and room was clean. The only problem we had was the washing machine. To protect clients’ privacy it was locked even after the washing had been done but some people didn’t get their clothes on time and thus we had to wait for a long time until our turn. Think the hotel should do something about this problem in controlling the user to get their clothes on time or to revise more washing machines so to make it more convenient.

A good and convenient location, a lot of restaurants nearby, though the room is a bit small but it is not uncommon in Japan. The good thing is that the hotel provides dessert in the evening.
