It’s small and it got everything u needed, since it was public holidays in Japan, the price was higher than normal (same as everywhere else). It’s clean and nice with tinted window (with restricted opening)

Breakfast needs to be improved, everything else is perfect for a short stay in Kobe.

The hotel is in a great location, just across the street from Daimaru Department Store, and surrounded by commercial streets. Nankinmachi is also next door. Luggage can be stored for free in front and back. The downside is that the room is really small.

I like the location very much. It is located at the exit of the Kaigantsu subway. When you come out, you will see the Motomachi business district, the old settlement, and Nanjing Street. There are many delicious restaurants nearby, and you can walk to the Kobe Lighthouse and JR Station.

Although the hotel is small, it has complete facilities and is close to different subway stations and JR stations. The hotel facilities include washing machines and dryers, as well as beverage machines. It is definitely a cost-effective hotel.

The location is very good, very close to Motomachi Shopping Street and Daimaru Department Store. The restaurant is very clean and the hotel staff are very friendly. I highly recommend everyone to stay here for one night.

I saved up points and exchanged for a QUO card later, which was handled well, but the bath drain was clogged and the water backed up, causing a flood. I was only given a towel, and they didn't change my room or do anything about it. I used it the next day and it didn't overflow, but when I opened the drain cover it was dirty, and there was no apology or anything. The used towel that fell on the back of the bed was not collected.

The room is mini. There is free coffee at the front desk. The location is very good, there is a bus at the door, which can go to many places. The subway is not far away. The surrounding area is a commercial area. It is very suitable for single travel.

Sightseeing, accommodation only. It's old but convenient and has everything you need. There is no trash can in the bathroom and the sanitary container is small. Ventilate the room occasionally to make it more comfortable.
