Saya membuat tempahan kerana saya ingin makan sarapan pagi yang terbaik di dunia. Ia agak mahal kerana ia adalah 4 percutian berturut-turut, tetapi ia adalah baik untuk mempunyai hotel yang bagus dan selesa dengan suasana retro. Saya tidak kagum dengan menonton sarapan pagi terlalu banyak di TV, tetapi ia berwarna-warni dan comel, dan terdapat cara pelik untuk memakannya yang biasanya saya tidak akan makan, jadi ia adalah seperti yang dijangkakan! Bilik-biliknya bersih dan bagus dengan rasa klasik, mungkin kerana beberapa bilik merokok yang dinyatakan. Di dalam bilik yang mempunyai banyak tiang, sejujurnya saya fikir ia kecil ketika saya masuk. Lol Pemandangan dari tingkap adalah sepenuhnya, dan saya mempunyai tanggapan bahawa ia adalah untuk harga secara keseluruhan .., tetapi saya fikir bilik lain mungkin berbeza kerana saya memilih merokok. Perkhidmatan ini biasanya sopan dan baik.

Stayed a couple of nights in this Hotel on our recent trip to Japan and it was the best of the lot. From the moment you are greeted at reception on the 17th Floor the service you get is excellent at this hotel. The room was a good size and the 3 of us had enough room. It was very clean with a great bathroom and a wonderfully powerful shower. The supplied cotton pyjamas were so good we ended up buying a set to take away. The breakfast was very good, a standard buffet with Japanese items available as well. Plus its the only breakfast I've had where sparkling wine was available. The terrace bar is also based on the 17th floor and has a great view of the city and a good selection of Japanese whiskeys and cocktails. We had dinner one night at the steakhouse which served us with the best Wagyu beef we had in Japan. If we are in Kobe again we will stay in this hotel. The staff were very attentive and always did their best to please us and the quality of the accommodation and the food was excellent.

All the staff were very polite and welcoming. The check in and check out procedure was fast even though there was a lot of people queueing, it took me 5 minutes to finish that process. The staff were very helpful to bring my luggage up to my room. The room was small, but it was very comfortable to stay. The view from the hotel room was extremely nice. I booked this hotel because I would like to use the swimming pool, but I didn’t know that I need to pay entrance fee in order to use their swimming pool. The view from the gym and the swimming pool was extremely beautiful.  I recommend this hotel to you all because all the transportation and convenience store are exactly near the hotel (Shikensen 新幹線/ local subway 地下鐵/ local bus) there’s a lot of attraction near the hotel as well. Some special information: if you would like to use the swimming pool, they will charge you around 2000 yen or more need to check it in their website ;)

Superb concierge and all staffs service. Truly helpful and we really appreciate the outstanding service of all the crew. Big scale hotel in Kobe. A bit date for its 30s years history of the hotel yet very clean and comfortable. Amenities and facilities are really good. Kids playground, indoor golf, gym, Japanese garden, shops, parking, restaurants, and etc. Breakfast buffet also worth the pay. Another plus point is that there is pet hotel in the area outside main building. Location is prime, just few steps to port area and BeKobe. During our stay, there is Kobe hanabi festival and the location of our hotel is the most benefit. Indoor parking with fee.

We used the hotel for our second wedding anniversary. The welcome service hand towel smells good and makes you feel relaxed immediately. All rooms have a luxurious rococo style with an ocean view. You can spend a blissful time while enjoying the scenery that is unique to Kobe, such as　the Mosaic Ferris wheel and the Port Tower. We had dinner in the room to prevent infectious diseases.It was an impression that it was cold overall..Next time I would like to have it in the restaurant. After taking a jacuzzi bath with a view of the sea, we stayed up late relaxing on the terrace with the night breeze.When you get sleepy, you can snuggle up in the fluffy bed. Breakfast was very satisfying with lots of bread and fruit.

その名のとおり、神戸港の一角で、温泉が楽しめます。一階に外来入浴可能な温泉、10階には宿泊客専用の温泉があります。一階の温泉はツツジの紅と新緑の若葉に囲まれており、庭池の緋鯉、いや鮒かな？、にでもなった気分でのんびり休めます。10回の温泉からは海、空が見渡せ、雄大な気分になれます。部屋は温泉旅館とホテルの融合スタイルなのか、半分畳部屋様です。畳部分は使いませんでした。外には広いバルコニーがあり、海が見降ろせます。食事はビュッフェスタイルで、慌ただしい感じ。リゾートホテルなのか、温泉旅館なのか、不思議な感じです。

Hotel location very near to Sannomiya Station (JR & Subway) & easy to access. All staff are very kind & helpful. I arrived early at the hotel & leave all my luggage at front desk until my reserved room is ready to check-in. Thoroughly, I am very satisfied with the hotel services and for sure will coming back to stay here for my next business trip to Kobe.

2021年4月にOPENなのでとてもきれいな施設です。三宮の駅も近く東門街にあります。近くにはローソンやセブンイレブンもあります。温泉もあります。部屋はとてもシンプルで近代的。冷蔵庫は小さいですがありますので飲み物は保管できます。お掃除が毎日入らないエコなプランもあります。部屋にはポットはありませんが、1Fレストランスペースで24時間コーヒーや紅茶などのサービスがあります。テレビもとても大きく、You Tubeやネットフリックスなどもインストールされているので自分のアカウントで見ることが出来ます。コインランドリーもあります。洗濯だけなら　6Kg　300円　しかも洗剤投入必要はありません。コロナの為価格をさげているのかもしれませんがとてもお勧めのホテルです。無料Wifiは快適です。

This is my favorite hotel when i need to stay in Kobe Sannomiya a few days. Impeccably clean, fairly large rooms with comfortable big king-size bed. My favorite part is the hotel's public bath, incl. sauna, ofuro, cold plunge bath, it's my highlight every morning and evening.

Good location not really in the main city centre which would have been super loud but 5-10 mins walk to the main streets. We asked for a quiet room when check in and also we told them that it is a part of our honeymoon. They did give us a small card and the room was quiet enough. Though around midnight you still hear some noises from people on the street. Amenities wise, most of the stuff you need to get them on the reception floor , I found getting bottled water from reception a bit nuanced but meh no big deal. Overall solid 4 stars hotel !

国内のホテルとしては価格的にもビジネスホテルクラスになると思うのですが、雰囲気はヨーロッパのプチホテルのようです。ロビーや部屋の調度品はイギリスっぽくクラシカルで、どこかかわいらしく、地の利がとても良いのに静かだし、朝食は美味しいし、本当におすすめです。（でもあんまり知られたくない気も…） 泊まったのはプレミアフロアでした。広さや雰囲気はスタンダードフロアと同じようですが、部屋にカプセルタイプのコーヒーメーカー（老舗のクッキー付き）があったり、シャワーヘッドがリファだったりと、さりげなく差がついています。また、午後はラウンジでホームメイドケーキと飲み物各種を無料で好きなだけいただけるのも、観光から戻って夕食までの間に寛げるのでありがたかったです。（ケーキは４月からクッキー系の盛り合わせに変わったようです。） スタッフの方も礼儀正しく親切で、とても気持ちの良い応対でした。 また神戸に泊まるときはこのホテルに泊まりたいし、このホテルがあるからまた神戸に行きたい、とも思っています。

Twin room is just nice and comfortable. There is a bathtub with a view and a massage chair after your long day. Location is superb as train station is directly below and many restaurants all around. Shopping is also only across the street. If you are visiting Kobe Sannomiya, this is the ideal hotel to stay in.

A fairly nice hotel with fair, reasonable and affordable price in the area with accessible location, quite easy to be accessed by foreign travellers. The breakfast was good and delicious, offering a range of nice food choices. Will be more than happy to recommend the hotel to all types of travellers. Then have washing machines too.

初めて利用させていただきました。三宮駅から近く　商業施設も近く飲食店も多いので とても便利です。前は幹線道路ですが室内は静かでした。スタッフの方々も感じが良くて チェックアウト後も荷物を少しの時間預かっていただき助かりました。 お部屋は清潔で　街並みが眺められました。（中層階） ビュッフェスタイルの朝食も宿泊代がリーズナブルの割には　 充実していて美味しかったです。 観光巡回バス停までも徒歩で5分～6分で便利です。

新神戸から近いホテルということで利 用しました。今まで泊まったスーパーホテルは温泉があったけど、ここは無し。 部屋は普通。近くに飲食店もあるし、コンビニもあるから立地は良いです。 いつも美味しいスーパーホテルの朝食はコロナ対策で弁当配布で残念でした。

Very clean modern look. Had a large screen TV. Very comfortable bed. Only downside was the lighting. We found the room to be a little dark. Hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes walk from JR Sannomiya Station.

The location of the hotel was very convenient because there’s exactly a bus stop next to the hotel. Next to the hotel have a fast food restaurant that serves delicious hot meals which open 24 hours and they also offer takeout services. This hotel also provides great deals of onsen tickets (Hotspring tickets) the original price of the ticket was around ¥1100 but if you are the guest of the hotel, then you can purchase that ticket at the price around ¥900. Near the hotel, there was lots of convenience store, and one coin laundry service shop, but in the hotel, they also have laundry machine, vending machines and microwave.

來日本很多次，第一次住酒店，這個酒店給我印象很好，以後短期行程都會選擇酒店 首先位置非常好，就在三宮站附近，不管是去哪裡都很方便，樓下有711還有很多連鎖餐飲店可以選擇，好吃又實惠 自助入住很方便，機器有中文，一樓大堂提供各種日用品，防曬卸粧油洗面奶化粧水保濕乳甚至面膜發膜都有，真的是可以什麼都不用帶，太方便了，也有提供煎茶粉和茶包咖啡 定的是大床房，房間是真的小，但好在有窗户，窗户還可以欣賞日落時分的天際線，設施其實是都有的，如果是1個人其實很合適，以後會考慮定21平米的雙床房 房間很乾凈，感覺設施也維護的挺好，需要的話可以每天要求打掃，打掃的也很乾凈，毛巾也可以每天換 退房以後還可以行李寄存，我們去淡路島過夜一個晚上，行李寄存了兩天也完全沒問題，真的很方便，特別滿意，以後會經常考慮這個品牌

There problem with the reservation and it took a little bit of extra time but the lovely staff ladies took care of everything as well as they possibly could and for that I am thankful as the staff did all they could for corporate problems with the booking company
