Stayed a couple of nights in this Hotel on our recent trip to Japan and it was the best of the lot. From the moment you are greeted at reception on the 17th Floor the service you get is excellent at this hotel. The room was a good size and the 3 of us had enough room. It was very clean with a great bathroom and a wonderfully powerful shower. The supplied cotton pyjamas were so good we ended up buying a set to take away. The breakfast was very good, a standard buffet with Japanese items available as well. Plus its the only breakfast I've had where sparkling wine was available. The terrace bar is also based on the 17th floor and has a great view of the city and a good selection of Japanese whiskeys and cocktails. We had dinner one night at the steakhouse which served us with the best Wagyu beef we had in Japan. If we are in Kobe again we will stay in this hotel. The staff were very attentive and always did their best to please us and the quality of the accommodation and the food was excellent.

Superb concierge and all staffs service. Truly helpful and we really appreciate the outstanding service of all the crew. Big scale hotel in Kobe. A bit date for its 30s years history of the hotel yet very clean and comfortable. Amenities and facilities are really good. Kids playground, indoor golf, gym, Japanese garden, shops, parking, restaurants, and etc. Breakfast buffet also worth the pay. Another plus point is that there is pet hotel in the area outside main building. Location is prime, just few steps to port area and BeKobe. During our stay, there is Kobe hanabi festival and the location of our hotel is the most benefit. Indoor parking with fee.

We used the hotel for our second wedding anniversary. The welcome service hand towel smells good and makes you feel relaxed immediately. All rooms have a luxurious rococo style with an ocean view. You can spend a blissful time while enjoying the scenery that is unique to Kobe, such as　the Mosaic Ferris wheel and the Port Tower. We had dinner in the room to prevent infectious diseases.It was an impression that it was cold overall..Next time I would like to have it in the restaurant. After taking a jacuzzi bath with a view of the sea, we stayed up late relaxing on the terrace with the night breeze.When you get sleepy, you can snuggle up in the fluffy bed. Breakfast was very satisfying with lots of bread and fruit.

その名のとおり、神戸港の一角で、温泉が楽しめます。一階に外来入浴可能な温泉、10階には宿泊客専用の温泉があります。一階の温泉はツツジの紅と新緑の若葉に囲まれており、庭池の緋鯉、いや鮒かな？、にでもなった気分でのんびり休めます。10回の温泉からは海、空が見渡せ、雄大な気分になれます。部屋は温泉旅館とホテルの融合スタイルなのか、半分畳部屋様です。畳部分は使いませんでした。外には広いバルコニーがあり、海が見降ろせます。食事はビュッフェスタイルで、慌ただしい感じ。リゾートホテルなのか、温泉旅館なのか、不思議な感じです。

Saya membuat tempahan kerana saya ingin makan sarapan pagi yang terbaik di dunia. Ia agak mahal kerana ia adalah 4 percutian berturut-turut, tetapi ia adalah baik untuk mempunyai hotel yang bagus dan selesa dengan suasana retro. Saya tidak kagum dengan menonton sarapan pagi terlalu banyak di TV, tetapi ia berwarna-warni dan comel, dan terdapat cara pelik untuk memakannya yang biasanya saya tidak akan makan, jadi ia adalah seperti yang dijangkakan! Bilik-biliknya bersih dan bagus dengan rasa klasik, mungkin kerana beberapa bilik merokok yang dinyatakan. Di dalam bilik yang mempunyai banyak tiang, sejujurnya saya fikir ia kecil ketika saya masuk. Lol Pemandangan dari tingkap adalah sepenuhnya, dan saya mempunyai tanggapan bahawa ia adalah untuk harga secara keseluruhan .., tetapi saya fikir bilik lain mungkin berbeza kerana saya memilih merokok. Perkhidmatan ini biasanya sopan dan baik.

いつもは神戸宿泊は三宮が多く今回初めて元町へ宿泊を検討し、東急REIホテルへ宿泊しました。 立地も良く、チェックインもスムーズで部屋も綺麗で快適でした。 朝食は正直種類も少なく、選択しが少なかったのが少し残念です。

I was very satisfied. The location was accessible to all the places I wanted to go. Like the Kobe Port, Meriken Park, Umie, Ferris Wheel, Cruise ships and the like. I will recommend this hotel to my friends. I think I will book this hotel again someday if I will go back to Kobe. It is clean and the ambiance is cozy. Staff is accommodating. I highly recommed this hotel because it the price is reasonable for the service.

A fairly nice hotel with fair, reasonable and affordable price in the area with accessible location, quite easy to be accessed by foreign travellers. The breakfast was good and delicious, offering a range of nice food choices. Will be more than happy to recommend the hotel to all types of travellers. Then have washing machines too.

Excellent hotel, room small but very well designed, very comfortable bed and pillows, they provide free coffee, ice cream, massage chair upstairs near the hot spring. Hot spring facilities also excellent, very clean, inside and outside spring lockers, shampoos etc, staff very friendly and helpful, close to great Japanese restaurants and walk to Himaji Castle definitely recommend this hotel.

非常好的民宿，住的期間趕上聖誕party，一個人2000日元的費用也能接受，和大家一起吃東西聊天玩遊戲很有趣，最後還得了個芝士蛋糕做獎勵。 民宿老闆員工都很和善，本身位置就在唐人街，附近好吃的太多，問問民宿的人，她們會給推薦值得去的店，走路去大丸各種葯妝店都很近，走路去神戶港塔大概20分鐘，自己也能走到，位置極佳。 民宿裏的設施都挺好，洗澡的地方還有muji的水乳化妝棉可以用。 很不錯的民宿，下次再來神戶還會選擇這裏👍

神戸元町商店街から南京町の西側の入口の西安門へ向かう元町パークロード沿いにあるホテル。 JR元町駅からも地下鉄みなと元町駅からも近く便利な立地です。 シングルルームに宿泊しましたが、ほぼ最低限必要なものは揃っていて清潔な部屋でした。 シングルにしては狭さを感じられない居心地の良い部屋で、寝心地も良く、無料で朝食も付きます。 値段も安く助かりました。 観光したくてチェックイン前でしたが、気さくに荷物を預かってくれて、とても感じの良いスタッフさんでした。

三ノ宮駅から徒歩10分ほどのところに立地する10階建てのホテル。旧居留地のビル街にあり、夜はクルマや人の通りが少なく静か。ブラウンの外観や石張りのロビーはモダンな感じ。部屋の広さは普通のビジネスホテルサイズ。内装はシンプルでシックだが水回りに古さを感じる。テレビは32インチと大型、空気清浄機も設置されている。冬場だったためか金曜日の宿泊でシングル3,980円と格安であった。

호텔 위치, 서비스, 방상태 다 좋았습니다. 고베 플라자 호텔 웨스트는 고베 플라자 호텔의 별관정도라서 혹시라도 착각하셔서 본관으로 가실수있으니 이것만 조금 주의하면될것같습니다. 본관은 대로변에 있고, 웨스트는 상점가 가운데에 있습니다. 웨스트 바로 옆에 한국마트있고, 위치한 상점가가 굉장히 길어서 상점가 구경도 괜찮은 관광이 될것같습니다. (상점가에 현지인들이 줄서서 먹는 식당 몇 곳이 있어 오전~점심 관광정도 추천드립니다.)

還不錯的，相對於前幾天住的那個16平米的，這個18平米確實肉眼可見的大一些，空間也寬敞了。儲物空間設計得很合理。日本這種寸土寸金的國家，這個價位住這個面積很感人了。 酒店位置怎麼説呢，按我的習慣，離地鐵和商圈中心步行超過10分鐘都不算最優，這家反正到三宮商圈步行10來分鐘吧，也不算特別差。 但是不在主幹道，所以比較安靜是真的。

This is my favorite hotel when i need to stay in Kobe Sannomiya a few days. Impeccably clean, fairly large rooms with comfortable big king-size bed. My favorite part is the hotel's public bath, incl. sauna, ofuro, cold plunge bath, it's my highlight every morning and evening.
