Great location and fantastic service. Sebastian and the team made my time so comfortable. Will be back again soon. The comfort rooms are comfortable, I would recommend the superior or suites for longer stays. The hotel is located right next to the train station.

Room was beautiful with a balcony Bathroom had a great size shower . The staff was amazing I stayed there for 2 weeks and the staff took care of me like I was a friend There is a small bar and fireplace in the lobby The breakfast is very nice Definitely a top notch hotel

Very central, but quiet . Clean and cared for , housekeeping to be commended . Friendly helpful English speaking staff. Location perfect for walking to station, river Rhein, cable car , boats , shops . Would recommend and return. We don’t do breakfast so can’t comment on food

Very friendly and pleasant family run hotel, close to station. Breakfast was traditional and delicious. Location slightly industrial but what do you expect next to the station! Thoroughly recommend.

This is a delightful hotel. The staff and service were quite wonderful and the room was large, very clean and very comfortable.
Not a lot could be done about the small bathroom but having a seperate toilet was a bonus!
If there was one thing missing it was a bar fridge to hold a few things we had with us but I’m quite sure, that had we asked, this lovely 1930’s hotel would have accommodated.
A good breakfast, again, nothing was too much trouble.
Easy walking distance from the local attractions but blessedly quiet at night and I would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel punches above it's 3 star rating. Clean, no scent on the linens or towels(MCS). We had a nice room with a great looking, accessible bathroom. The restaurant they recommended was nothing short of excellent. You can walk there from the Bahnhoff, it'll take about 15 minutes.

We arrived early and the front desk clerk checked to see if our room was ready and it was, so we’re able to use the room a little early to relax after our train ride. The front desk clerk was the nicest and most helpful that we encountered in Europe. We had the King Suite which was glorious compared to our most recent rooms. It was very spacious. The location is convenient and is a short walk to the main train. Internet spread was good. They have an optional breakfast which was athroom was nice. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a couple of nights as we spent time in the Mosel River Valley and the Rhine River Valley. We walked from the train station to the hotel (about a 10-minute walk). This is a straightforward hotel with average sized rooms and somewhat small bathrooms. The rooms were clean and the front desk staff was very helpful with calling cabs and public transport instructions. I would say most of the guests staying here were German but everyone at the front desk spoke great English.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. We had an elegant attractive room, the staff were pleasant and helpful and breakfast (which was served, rather than a buffet) was excellent. The hotel is within walking distance of the main station and the Altstadt (old town). The shopping area and rivers are also close enough to walk in 15+ minutes.
