Great hotel great location where all the restaurants and business are in kochi city. Great prices. And finally breakfast buffet is delicious. Stay here a lot.

房間很小但是乾淨，早餐是半自助的，飲料，主食，水果，湯，蔬菜色拉及一些當地特色菜可以自由取食，主菜可以選擇一份，非常好。唯一感覺不太好的是入住當天，因為颱風有大雨，到酒店時是12點，未到入住時間，問前台是否有打掃好的房間可以先辦理入住，方便換一下淋濕的衣服，前台服務員查了一下電腦，説可以付費1000日元辦理提前入住，儘管金額不多，但是感覺不舒服，以前在歐洲辦理入住時，如果有打掃乾淨的房間一般都會提前給房卡辦理入住。酒店按照規則辦事但是缺少人情味

Location here is everything as you are literally in the middle of the covered shopping street and Hiromie Market is 8 minutes’ walk away. There are also a myriad of izakayas, grilled bonito, sushi and ramen shops in the vicinity. Daimaru is a few steps away as well. The room was smallish but the beds were comfortable. Wifi worked well in the room. Do note they have smoking rooms/floors as well so do request a different room if you do not like cigarette smoke. The bathroom was tiny but had a bath. They provide a variety of bath ‘bombs’ with flavours like lavendar, grape and orange at reception. We requested for harder pillows and these were delivered within 5 minutes. They do have parking but that is located about 5 minutes’ walk away.

This hotel is in a prime location in Kochi, as it faces one of the shopping arcades, offering you with a lot of food options in case of rain. I paid a rate that included breakfast (which was very reasonable), and you get to choose one main dish and then there is a buffet section with rice, miso soup, salad and some other items. I thought it was pretty good value for this class of hotel. The room was a good size, although it doesn't really have much in the way of a view because the surrounding buildings look a little old and rusty. The shower temperature is finnicky. You have to let the water run for 30+ seconds before it settles down. As a foreigner living in Japan, I was pleasantly surprised that staff acted correctly in not demanding my passport or residence card upon check-in.

The rooms were great. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast was quite good! We had a delightful time and recommend the hotel to others going to Kochi. The hotel location is excellent and walking distance to so many attractions.

朝ごはんが値段に比して質と量が良いと思います。これだけでもまた利用したいと思いました。受付の柔軟な対応は素晴らしかったです。部屋は古く、布団は湿ってやや匂い、風呂は古い雑巾のあの臭さがたんまり残っていて不快でした。平均的なリッチモンドの部屋の質からは悪い印象を持ちます。

商店街に目当ての店があり、そこから近いところで選んだ。 空港から車でやって来たが、ナビの案内は途中で止まり目の前まで案内してくれず。 仕方ないのでグーグルマップにナビをさせたら、凄い細い道を案内され、車で入っていいものなのか迷うようなところにホテルが建っていた。 入口はアーケード側、車で入った場所はホテルの裏。 徒歩でやって来る方にはわかりやすいのかもだが、車の方にはあまりおすすめできない。 とりあえずそこに車を停め、駐車場の場所を聞いたら結構遠い（車で5分程）の提携駐車場を案内された。 行きは駐車場からそのままアーケードの店に行ったのでよかったが、翌日駐車場に行こうとしても道がわからなかった。 ホテルに戻って地図をもらい、グーグルマップでナビをさせて、やっと到着。 ホテル自体は、綺麗だし快適に寝られた。 朝食をつけたら、メイン料理を選ぶタイプで朝から結構ながっつりメニュー。 前日行った店の紹介で日本酒のバーに行き、目を回して閉店まで居座った挙げ句部屋に帰るなり即寝落ちした自分には、ちょっと辛いメニューだったがもったいないので朝食をやめるという選択肢はなかった。 メイン以外はセルフのビュッフェスタイルだが、そんなに取るものもないので、事前にメニューを確認して食べられなさそうなら朝食なしにした方がよい。 しらす丼を少なめで頼んだが、味はよかった。

車利用のシングル部屋宿泊。 ホテル正面がアーケード内に面している立地ということもあってかほぼ迷わずにたどり着けるが車を預ける契約駐車場からは若干距離がある。建物自体が新しめということもあるが、シングル部屋でも客室がそこそこ広く防音なども優れている。設備としてUSB充電器が配備されているため持ち忘れても安心。デスクは広いものの周りにライトがないので作業するには難。冷蔵庫は製氷機能あり(ただし製氷トレイは無い) 朝食付きの場合隣接する食堂で提供されるが価格に見合った内容。ただ選択メニューは和食比重高めのラインナップに対して飲み物に和茶類が無いのが残念。

２回目の利用になります。とりあえず申し分無いです。フロントの方は感じがとてもいいし、今回は14時にチェックインしたんですが、泊まる階はまだ他の部屋が清掃中て、清掃の方に出会しましたが挨拶をしてくれました。ベッドも広く、机も広く、バスタブも他のホテルよりやや広いと思います。シャンプー等も香りがよくてお気に入りです。繁華街にも近くとても利用しやすいです。また利用したいと思います。
