Hotel service is very special. Hospitality.. There is30roos in this property suite rooms are good there is wide spaces. Staff are more friendly and good behavior. Any wayits good way to ... Breakfast was super. Nice atmosphere. Good location

excellent stay at the property, We stay there as group, rooms are nice and clean good atmosphere rooms are maintained well , staff are nice hospitality. breakfast is so delicious , next time when i reach at kochi sure i will visit this property again .

Rooms is very well and spacious. There have lot of amenities. Food is so delicious and very good service. Staff is very friendly and behaviour is so humble. Tottally very good atmosphere. Definitely i will come next time for your hospitality.

Stay was good,location was good. Near by there is metro station railwaystion, easly acess to maraindrive, staff are good behaviour and nice hospitality. Food was good and tasty,,,,,,,, rooms are very neat and clean... Room service are good

we are the group of guest which we stay in hotel pearl palace. we book for deluxe room . when we reach at property from reception they upgrade our room to suite and rooms are quit good and spaces . Breakfast was delicious , rooms are clean . staff are good hospitality .

Fairly good. Its a good price and located just a short walk to the ferry port to fort kochi. The staff are nice and friendly and we're kind to me on my first day in India. Bed is huge and very comfy. Rooms are not the cleanest, but they aren't *bad.* Fast and efficient WiFi. My A/c broke but was fixed promptly, 24/7 line to the main desk. No food offered but you're in the centre of Kochi with hundreds of places around, id recommend Punjab House. Around 10 minutes walk. One free bottle of water a day, soap in the toilet. Shower had hot water from a large tap, not the overhead thingy. Overall nothing stand-out but does the basics just fine. You get what you pay for, no complaints. Enjoy!
