Hotel is more suited for business travellers as nearby corporates offices suggests. As a solo leisure traveller the hotel was not for me, in terms of sightseeing etc with everything futher away. Breakfast and dinner selection was somewhat limited but nice food. Prakash the waiter served with care and efficiency. At the Spa on one of the nights there was no one there at the reception to take queries as the one and only therapist was engaged with an appointment! So what does one do wait for hours to be atteneded to? As a sign suggested i left a message for a call back for an appointment, but got none.

I stayed with my wife and daughter, Overall my stay was perfect however I would like to highlight few things can be improved. Restaurant service is slow, food options are great , there were more than enough varieties orin the Buffet we always had the option to order from the Ala carte menu. I would like to say a big thank you to Sangeeta from the buffet restaurant . She was superb, as soon as we entered the restaurant she attends us with a big smile on the face. She know her job very well. Cleanliness- Room cleaning was done every morning when we leave for breakfast. our room cleaning guy Mr. Afazzudhin was the highlight. He always make sure our room is cleaned before we get back from Breakfast. He is a friendly and very professional I would give 5 star for cleanliness. Hassan & Family

The rooms are small . But the food and hospitality was amazing . Nikhil was great in the service and help provided The bed is great , Room is clean , Tv is small . bathroom is very good . WiFi speed is also very good . The room service is also fast . Overall 4/5 stars

Transitioning from the room to the hotel’s culinary offerings, the experience at Pearlspot, the in-house seafood restaurant, was less than stellar. The prawn dishes, expected to be a highlight, fell short in flavor and portion size, not aligning with the ambiance or expectations set by the locale. The staff, warm and accommodating, strive to bridge the gap between guest needs and facilities delivery. Despite their earnest efforts, there seems to be a gap in the finesse and professional polish one might expect from qualified hotel ***agement, which could enhance the overall guest experience significantly. While this Ramada property might beckon as an idyllic retreat for those seeking to disconnect and relax (‘veg out’), it’s important to ***age expectations. The hotel, with its tranquil setting, aligns more closely with the quaint charm of a well-maintained two-star property rather than the grandeur of its self-proclaimed five-star status. Concluding the experience, the pricing—9,000 rupees for a one-night Thursday stay in February—reflects a fair compromise between the serene location and the modest amenities on offer. Ideal for a fleeting escape, Ramada serves as a reminder that tranquility can be found, if one is willing to temper luxury expectations for the charm of simplicity and solitude.

Отель оставил очень противоречивые впечатления. С одной стороны, он абсолютно очарователен - дизайн отеля, номеров, внутренний дворик - всё это умиляет и погружает в атмосферу отдыха и релакса. С другой стороны, очень много недостатков, которые могут перевесить достоинства. Например, в номерах очень холодно даже при выключенном кондиционере. Да и вообще везде постоянно работают кондиционеры, поэтому я не вылезала из теплой кофты с капюшоном. Не понравилось питание. Я понимаю, что это Индия, но обычно в крупных отелях есть и европейское меню. Здесь тоже были опции, но или все равно перченые и острые, или аля фаст-фуд (пицца и бургеры). В общем, если вы гастритик, язвенник или по какой-то иной причине ограничны в питании, то вам придется очень трудно. Персонал очень надменен (не все конечно, но общая масса), постоянно ощущение, что ты им что-то должен. Ну и последняя маленькая ремарка, говорящая об отношении и чуткости персонала: мы приехали в день рождения моего мужа и на чекине даже не услышали банального ”с днем рождения”. Впервые такое. Обычно как минимум словесно поздравят, как максимум пирожеными угостят)

We satyed here f or a day as we had to attend a marriage nearby. The place is very clean and comfortble. Early check in was allowed. We had dinner in their 2nd floor restaurant and we had called our local relatives too. Food was mamageable but nothing great. We didn't go for the buffet spread as we didn't like the options. The place has no liquor permit. The inclsuive breeafast was just about ok. The service was poor. I ordered omlette a couple of times and it was never served. The staff was reasonably friednly and the friedliest one was the door ***. The palce has nice parkign facility underground.

We enjoyed two wonderful days at the Tissa‘s. Everything from location, cleanliness, food to the nicely decorated rooms are top! We want to call out the staff - who were super helpful in booking day trips, massages and transportation. We felt at home from the very first minute and loved their friendliness, smiles and warmth!

We stayed for 2 nights at the property. I was travelling with my parents, wife and 1.5 year old kid. Staff was extremely cooperative and kid friendly. They helped us by making baby food whenever we needed and were very prompt in their room service. Hotel location is also good. It’s almost equidistant from fort Kochi and ernakulum. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone travelling with their family. The buffet spread was very lavish, having varied dishes across the globe with traditional Kerala food. The taste was just perfect and breads were made to your wish and liking. The hotel staff was very co-operative and made us feel comfortable every minute of the trip. Service speed was awesome, you order and the bell rings within 15 mins. Overall, an amazing stay and recommend for all.
