Hotel 3 Bintang di Kochi

Rooms are not clean. No lift. we 6 people all above 60 years of age were allotted rooms on the second floor and we had to carry all our luggages as there was no lift and room boy. No hot water no wash basin in the wash rooms. we had to go to the receiption to ask for hot water. Staff behaviour is bad. No restaurants nearby for the occupants to have food except one which is far from the hotel. Main door could not be locked due to poor quality of the latches. 21.02.2024. kameswar rao.p

The oldest and first hotel in Kochi, Kerala. It was opened some 4 decades ago and still stands strong and proud. This is our second home in Kochi. We have been staying here everytime when we are in Kochi since 2005, more than 20 times. I used to bring group of 10-20 people together with my family members to attend 7 days retreat at Divine Retreat centre Potta, after which we would spend couple of days in other parts of Kochi sightseeing. It was very refreshing after the retreat and sightseeing. Finally we will spend couple of days here. Our stays have been very pleasant and happy. Everything is nearby at walking distance and convenient. The Broadway shopping, The Oven Bakery, the famous cool and serene Marine Drive, facing the famous Fort Kochi where many historical buildings are there, especially the Jewish Synagogue. You can take a boat or drive to this places. Thanks to Udaya Sankar Sankarapillai, Retheesh Thankappan, Liben P. Joy and Roopa Sree, F& B, Housekeeping, doorman Sinu and all the staff for their kind assistance and making our stay a memorabe one. Friendly staff,excellent service, delicious cuisines, especially the breakfast. God willing, we will return next year. God bless you all and your families always we pray.

We spent 8 happy days at this little gem of a hotel in early March 2024. The lush grounds, family atmosphere and fine restaurant made for a pleasant stay. The restaurant draws diners from outside the hotel with fine food and closeup harbor view. The atmosphere is quiet and green, the accommodations are clean and simple. The front desk arranged tours of fishing villages and backwater sites. We checked in on my birthday and it was an excellent present.

The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is reasonably priced. I visited with my family, and the property is ideally located—just a 15-minute walk from Fort Kochi Beach. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and the in-room bathtub was a hit!

Amazing staff and very beautiful and stylish hotel. The architecture, the rooms, the gardens and pool are really beautiful, sensitive to local styles as well as super comfortable. The pool was very refreshing after a day out in the hot weather and very clean. I had an extremely relaxing Ayurvedic massage in the treatment room with a very experienced practitioner. The breakfast was lovely and the dining room is fresh and charming. But most of all, the staff were incredible! They were there for my every need and provided advice and even booked my train onward train ticket and arranged for me to be taken to the station early in the morning. Its in an interesting location with a theatre right next door. I cannot recommend the wonderful hotel highly enough.
