Hotel staffs were very cooperative and helpful. It was a budget friendly stay with all basic amenities and location is also very central.

Location : very good location with everything within a reachable distance, box bakery cafe which is subsidiary of kodaikanal international hotel, and has awesome food is in 100m, transportation, medical, breakfast and dinner all in a one place. Located 1km distance from kodaikanal lake as well. Staff : very good and helpful staff, who also didn't charge us for a extra time for room, as our bus was in the evening which was past our checkout time. Rooms : well lit and ventilated room, with clean bed rolls and bathrooms. Network connectivity: airtel has full network here with 5g.

Royal hotel manager was very good. But few things can improve like hot water in evening was not provided which can be started as it is necessary after we come back from tour. Also the location is little far from main market so u always need a cab to go and come. Otherwise. Hotel room size was very good. Clean hotel. Good staff members. Tour services also available. Sasikumar was a good tour manager. Overall very good experience in royal hotel.
