Ulasan Paradise Bungalows

Unfortunately, we don't have a good review of staying at this hotel. I want to share an honest review about cooperation with the hotel. We booked a room for 3 nights and after 20-30 minutes we asked to cancel (because the plan was changed and we can’t come in that days), canceled not a day after booking, and not a day before entering the hotel, but the hotel did not respond to a single letter from me or from trip.com. Tourists can make a mistake and book by mistake - there must be an exception to the rules when booking - cancellation at certain hours is free of charge. (As in other hotels). It's not fair to the guests. We canceled the reservation for ~30 minutes and there were still 4 days before the entrance. The hotel did not respond to our letters several times, the hotel did not respond to trip.com, the reservation was not canceled, the money was not returned to us. There should be exceptions and a human attitude in any rules, situations in life can be different. Perhaps for some tourists it could be the only money, someone just accidentally booked and wants to cancel quickly and so on.

Real patadise :) Really nice place near the beach (2min walk). Bungalows are well maintained and spacious with enough storage. Free coffees and teas at the reception. Good WiFi.

Very good location and room was fine for the money. It just took a while to shower cos the water trickled out.

Not a bad hotel for the money. Clean, stayed in room 3B - a room after renovation.

I can recommend it. The location is great, the staff is 5+. When we checked in, we found out that the shower was broken. We went to the reception, they changed it very quickly. My husband and I didn't need any special frills. Therefore, everything suited us.

Very good location, the hotel environment is very comfortable, the scenery is also nice, there is a 711 a few hundred meters away, you can feed the elephants next door, and it is about a ten-minute walk to the beach. The hotel can rent motorcycles, which is very convenient!

The cabins are very cramped, the air conditioning works well. Ours smelled of elephants.

There are elephants nearby and there is an unpleasant smell from them, but otherwise everything is fine.

I stayed here for 3 nights. There were restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so I was able to stay very comfortably. It was also close to the beach, so I was very satisfied.

Very, very friendly staff, there were problems with the booking, we changed the number of days, they lost us a little, but everything was solved very quickly, they offered a small house with air conditioning instead of a large house with a refund of the overpayment. Yes, the house is very small, but it was enough for us to wash and sleep. We were very happy with this confusion later, we lived in A17, no one walks past, you can sit on the veranda, it is quiet, beautiful, like in the country))) The music from the neighboring bar in the houses is almost inaudible. Friends ended up coming to us from the large house for get-togethers. Or you can sit at the reception at the tables. I was very pleased with the 24-hour coffee / tea at the reception, very convenient. Sometimes it smelled of elephants when the wind was in our direction, but this happened rarely and for a short time, and it did not smell that much. Right opposite the hotel there is a great bakery with fresh pastries, good massage, the sea is 5-7 minutes leisurely walk. If you don't expect super rooms and don't have a child in a stroller, then I recommend the hotel 100%.

Wonderful hotel...great beach within walking distance. Well-kept garden on the territory. Lots of delicious cafes nearby and wonderful massage parlors. Next to the hotel is the Elephant House, where you can feed them, they are also taken to the beach to swim. Tea and coffee are available at the reception 24 hours a day. The houses are clean, pleasant, cozy with air conditioning, refrigerator and TV.
