Great location, and good, spacious rooms (although it takes time to get used to locking the doors). However, staff service is poor. At breakfast, staff doesn’t seem to be happy with what they’re doing and would sometimes ignore guests. The staff cooking the eggs were kind though. Resort also doesn’t offer ground coffee drinks so we got stuck with powdered coffee until we found out about the two coffee shops that are walking distance from the resort. Food can be improved too: breakfast’s okay but doesn’t offer diversity. You’ll get bored with the food after a few days. Beach and the sunset is marvelous though!

Une honte! Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel Suanya pour passer quelques jours au calme et dans un cadre idyllique. Malheureusement ce ne fut pas le cas…. À la découverte du cadre nous avons été enchanté cet enchantement s’est très vite transformé en déception puis en colère. En effet la chambre qui nous a été proposé se trouvait être insalubre! Elle ne se situe pas dans le complexe de l’hôtel mais à l’extérieur dans un bâtiment qui ne donne aucune envie d’y entrer! Aucune fenêtre, un « balcon » donnant sur les égouts! La salle de bain était le pire de cette « chambre » présence de saletés de moisissures et de rouilles sur la porte et la robinetterie! L’aération donnant sur les égouts des vagues d’odeur immonde imprégnaient la pièce, de plus la présence de trous laissaient tout le loisir aux divers insectes d’investir notre « chambre ». Le lit n’avait pas de couverture nous en avons demandé et nous avons eu le droit à un plaid et une serviette… Nous avons demandé au personnel de changer de chambre mais pour seul réponse nous avons eu « c’est complet! ». Le personnel n’a eu aucune considération pour notre bien être, peu aimable dans toute circonstances. Nous avons donc quitté l’hôtel plus tôt pour trouver meilleur et dans des prix similaires! A fuir!

This hotel is on a lovely beach and is walking distance to some great restaurants. The room (Sea Fan) is pretty good for the price. The hotel lets itself down on two really stupid things. There are only 8 pairs of sun loungers, nowhere near enough for a hotel this size. If you don't get up at the crack of dawn you have no chance of sitting on this lovely beach that you have paid for - you might as well be inland. Day after day we find ourselves sitting in uncomfortable upright dining chairs, or the concrete blocks around the bar just to get some sun. The other frustration is the loud music that they play at the lovely bar with a loud bass beat which creates a constant thump in your room until very late. We have a riverside view and for the first 2 days 5 boats moored up and played loud music all day - the hotel was great at trying to get them to turn the music down in the day - but still ruined the peace with its own bar at night. Please please please just turn the music down or play music without a heavy bass !! For these two reasons we wouldn't come back to this hotel which is a shame.

Rooms are very nice the only downside of the room was barely no hot water. Beach is beautiful. Service and staff was good ok but lots of trainees and not well managed and trained personell. Breakfast was way under average in terms of quality and especially variety. Not even 3 stars in this respect.
Food and service at the beach restaurant was good especially the service from K. Namphung and her team was very good.
Cleanliness of the entire resort including pathways, water ponds can be improved.

Интересное местоположение , на лодке доставляют к отелю. В окружении мангровых лесов. Возле отеля полноценного пляжа нет, плюс надо ориентироваться на приливы -отливы . По соседству пляж с популярной инста локацией- пальмой в воде, добраться туда можно только на каяках или лодке. Рядом располагается живописный коралловый риф , за символическую плату отель организует туда трансфер на лодке поснорклить с инструктором. Обязательно мимо ходом стоит посетить соседний с рифом мини остров где нет ничего кроме кафе на берегу с местным колоритом- свежевыловленная рыба, которую тут же впоймают и пожарят, морские ежи , фешенебельные рестораны подождут -потому что почилить в таком месте это отдельный вид удовольствия и новые впечатления в копилку гарантированы.
В ресторане отеля кухня готовит быстро, но официанты до безобразия нерасторопны. А заказывая на завтрак омлет БЕЗ лука, готовьтесь получить омлет ТОЛЬКО из лука😂😂 такой уж соли миста)
влажность в таком месте надо понимать максимально высокая, постель всегда влажная . Ванная комната подкачала, в подвальном помещении, простецкий рукомойник и палка душа, нет косметических принадлежностей , в частности зубных щеток😳 Где их искать , если понадеявшись на звездный отель с собой и не взял, хочется поинтересоваться у отеля , а до ближайших хоть каких то магазинов только плыть на лодках 🤔
По определенным дням на территории проходят фаер шоу. 🔥Мы попали в один из дней , очень понравилось . Молодцы парни!
И наконец массаж - он был потрясающий , по праву зе бест Ин Таиланд ! Массируют в отдельно стоящем шалаше с видом на море , это способствует расслаблению, плюс массажистки отлично владеют техникой . Записываться надо сильно сильно заранее, оно и понятно.
Новым впечатлениям от посещения этого места однозначно быть!

Отель максимально новый, поэтому чистый. Но думаю, что это ненадолго, учитывая, что уборки во время проживания нет вообще. Возможно, предоставляется по запросу, но нам на стойке регистрации при заселении об этом не сообщали. Полотенца мы меняли сами - относили на стойку регистрации и просили дать новые.
Номер спроектирован достаточно странно - комната очень маленькая, нет шкафа, только небольшая вешалка, вещи толком развешать негде. Зато есть огромный (для такого номера) санузел))
Из плюсов - новый, современный кондиционер и возможность взять в отеле хороший, свежий байк в аренду (но грязный))
В общем номер подходит для проживания одного человека по факту - вдвоем было тесно, учитывая наличие багажа.

Pros: outstanding beach & snorkeling Cons: grounds are NOT accessible, walk ways are uneven, pieces of wood are missing on boardwalks, very unsafe, especially trying to navigate in the dark!!! Breakfast was repitious but good. Water cooler is removed after breakfast?? Restaurant is virtually empty during lunch & dinner; tourists go elsewhere for better tasting, portion sizes & much better prices! Front end staff are friendly but unrecepetive when issues arise Ground and House Cleaning Staff are lovely!! So much potential here. Many more accommodations to choose from. Would definitely look elsewhere in future.

منذ وصولنا للمطار الدولي تم استقبالنا و ارشادنا لطائرة سونيفا كانت تجربة خاصة وجميلة تم الاحتفاء بنا واستقبالنا عند وصولنا للجزيرة ، الفيلا جميلة ونظيفة و اطلالة الفيلا خرافية ، الفيلا مجهزة بجميع التجهيزات السمعية والبصرية ، ادوات الاستحمام ( شامبو ، بلسم ، مستخلص الصبار لبعد الشمس .... ) يوجد خدمة غسل و كوي الملابس بدون تحديد عدد القطع مقابل التبرع بمبلغ 10 دولارات ، تم طلب الطعام في الغرفة من خلال تطبيق سونيفا و تم توصيل الاكل في الوقت المحدد وكان الاكل حار ولذيذ - يوجدة عدة مطاعم في المنتجع و الاكل لذيذ وشهي لقد قمنا بتجربة السينما في الهواء الطلق وكان المكان جدا جميل و منظم ويقدمون لك البوب كورن مجانا ، كذلك قمنا بزيارة عالم الفلك ورأينا القمر عبر التلسكوب الخاص بالفلك كل شي في المنتجع جميل ولديهم سياسة ( no news , no shoes ) من التجارب الجميلة و اللطيفة و التي جعلتنا نستمتع بكل ثانية في المنتجع قمنا بتجربة خدمة السبا ( زرت العديد من السبا في العالم ) ولكن كانت المعالجة جدا احترافية و خبيرة في ازالة تشنج الاكتاف ( انصح بزيارة مركز السبا ) كل شي جميل في المنتجع ،، تجربة مميزة ولا تنسى

The wCham’s house is a wonderful place , very well located on great beach …
But … the staff doesn’t speak very well English ( apart from the responsable persons in every service) .
But gettinginformation at the reception is very difficult and getting g the right info at the restaurant ( apart from the menu) is also not possible.
The management should really invest in English courses for their staff , as well as invest in the maintenance ( very , very poor) .
It looks like that after the pandemic, the owners of Cham’s house want to earn a maximum of money , without investing..
it’s a pity that this wonderful place is loosing it’s glamour ..

I spent two unforgettable weeks with my mother away from civilisation on the beautiful island of Koh Kood and all the two weeks we were surrounded by the care and warmth of the wonderful people working in this hotel! Lovely, friendly and helpful, they were always willing to help. I would like to say a special THANK YOU to the restaurant team, they are all not only very pleasant in communication, but professionals. Special thanks to Khun Thach Chheang she did a wonderful job along with her team - Laeng Rin, Sarorn So and Charlotte! Thank you very much dear girls, we love you and miss you a lot! You made us smile every morning when we entered the restaurant and every evening when you opened another bottle of Prosecco with great professionalism! We have warm memories of you! We would also like to mention the excellent work of the front desk, thank you Tihlaree! The ladies who gave us a wonderful, very professional massage every day - Nit and Anny, thank you! Thank you to the bartender - Tung for a wonderful job! Unfortunately we don't know the rest of the staff names, but we would like to say thank you to all of them - room cleaners, gardener, pool and beach staff and cleaners. They all work very hard to make your stay pleasant! The location of the hotel is also very pleased, the bungalow is right on the beach! What else can you want when you are on the island:)! Of course, it would be nice to renovate the hotel a little (light renovation of the rooms, because in some places the plaster is falling off). But believe me, these are all small things compared to the great attitude you are surrounded by when you stay at Tinkerbell Privacy Resort Koh Kood!

Tout était parfait lors de notre séjour au Wendy. Belle grande chambre avec haut plafond. Piscine énorme, proximité immédiate de la mer. Bord de mer paradisiaque…bar, restaurant, tout est facile d’accès. Le personnel au petits soins. Et la cerise sur le gâteau, tous les soirs un magnifique coucher de soleil…. nous y reviendrons je l’espère. Merci Wendy !

PPengguna TetamuI had to give this place a 5 because it would not be fair to give it just a 4, and there is no 4.5 option. It would have been a full 5 if the location was right on a beach but it's just a charming short walk or ride to your choice of several nearby beaches, including the incredible Au Bang Bao beach, which I still dream about. BEDS is in a quiet spot, but a quick walk to a couple of very good restaurants, including the Cicci Thai Cooking School right next door which is open much of the day -- I strongly advise checking it out. Bang Bao Home restaurant nearby, pretty much where the road to Bang Bao beach turns off the main road. Our room was clean, functional, had a view of neighbouring backyards (nicer than it sounds), and a thin but sufficient ***** of concrete deck outside the sliding backdoors, allowing pleasant morning coffee. The bathroom decor was wonderfully quirky. No complaints. But the real story is the staff, and particularly owner Jay, who was very helpful in giving us tips of where to go for this and that, arranging a fair-priced scooter, and when one of us had an unfortunate spill off the scooter, making sure that all was taken care of. He rushed back from a business trip to Trat in fact, to make sure all was good. And Jay spoke excellent English, which is not something one ought to expect, but was a wonderful plus. Other staff, especially Thong, were also helpful. If it's not essential for you to stay at a beachfront resort, I recommend Koh Kood BED's to you.

On the beautiful Island of Koh Kood (Koh Kut), in the most beautiful bay with stunning sunsets, this resort is a gem! My husband & I stayed there for 7 wonderful days in one of the beach villas. (These villas are incredably expensive, given the fact that they don’t have a private pool - and there is no communal pool either) - but the setting of the villas right on the beach with fantastic sunsets was worth it to us this time. The villa was small, but exquisit with a separate toilet and shower room + a bathtub in the room. You could lay in bed and watch the colorful sunsets - but We would of course enjoy them from the pier instead. The villas have big terracces with both sun loungers & a sitting group; We super enjoyed sitting there in the mornings & evenings! The resort is rather small and very, very beautiful, with thatched roof cottages and very well kept. Ambience is tranquil and very pleasant. Breakfast good with an egg station & varied Asian & Western dishes. (Could be better though, if tea & coffe was served at the table.) The restaurant was good and has a pretty setting at the beach. Most nights they had a barbecue with fresh seafood & meats. We also walked to a nearby beach restaurant (Siam Beach, past the nearest resort to the left), where we had really tasty good meals several times, at a much cheaper cost. The resort’s beach is small, but very clean - and there was never a problem to find sunbeds. The bay has beautiful clean water and wonderful sand bottom. You can borrow kayaks for free, which is a very pleasant thing to do in this tranquil bay. The staff is very nice, even though maybe not top notch in all cases (but we are very spoidefiled and have Nothing to complain about)! We loved every minute of our one-week stay at The Beach Natural Resort and some day we’d like to come back!
