I was very impressed with my stay and did not regret choosing this hotel for my vacation this year. I had a great night's sleep, the view was beautiful, and the staff were attentive and caring. Special thank to K.Lin lin,K.Sally,K.Nang.K.Pinky and the guy made coffee at the bar :)

I recently stayed at Vannee Golden Sands Beachfront Resort in Koh Phangan with my wife and had a wonderful experience. The resort offers stunning beach views, clean and comfortable rooms, and warm hospitality from the staff. The atmosphere was peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended for couples seeking a serene beachfront escape.

The hotel is so so. We booked 4 rooms for 2 nights. However, they told us that they will cutoff the electricity at 11:00 on the check-out day which is totally fine. But they did it at 10:50. I texted them immediately and they told us to go to the reception and get the new card... Moreover, I asked them for the spa reservation. They said they'll check for it. And that's it, they're gone. I don't know who has a responsibility to reply guest's text and how much they earn per month but they're not well trained for sure. How can they reply to their guest this rude. I'm never gonna waste any penny at this place again👎🏼 โรงแรมเฉยๆ สระว่ายน้ำโอเค จองมา 4 ห้อง 2 คืน ราคาก็ไม่ได้ถูก ไม่คิดว่าจะได้รับการบริการแบบนี้ พนักงานที่บริการก็โอเคดี แต่ภายในห้องนอนไม่มีโทรศัพท์ให้โทรหา reception ให้ติดต่อผ่าน Whatsapp เท่านั้น แล้วถามอะไรไปก็ไม่ได้เรื่อง เหวี่ยงใส่ลูกค้า??? คือตัดไฟตอน 11 โมงเข้าใจได้ แต่นี่ตัด 10:50 แล้วพอถามคำถามไปก็โดนวีนกลับ ไม่แน่ใจว่าจ้างใครมาตอบแชทแต่คงไม่ได้รับการสอนมาแหละ ไม่ทราบว่าที่รีวิวไปจะได้รับการพัฒนามั้ย แต่ชีวิตนี้จะไม่มีทางมาเหยียบที่นี่อีกแน่นอน รู้จักร้อยคนก็จะบอกต่อไปร้อยคนว่าอย่ามาเลย ผิดหวังเปล่าๆ เสียดายเงิน

What a beautiful stay we had. The staff were unbelievable. They went out of their way to help where they could. It was such a good feeling staying at this hotel. Good drinks, good food and a luxury feeling. I would definitely recommend.

Big swimming pool and big rooms. 10 minute walk to the beach. Really good breakfast!!! Only one key card allowed and air conditioning takes a long time to cool the large room. No cable tv only free internet tv. Expensive during the full moon but better than sleeping on the beach.

The Vannee is a 3.5 star hotel but we can’t do half stars here. The hotel lacks details on most ends but overall a decent place to stay. The breakfast was not good for the 2 days of our stay. The true standout aspect of this hotel is the massive pool that expands the length of the grounds. There is a swimup pool bar.

Just arrived & would not recommend at all. There was no one to greet us as we came in, nobody even looked up to say hello! No directions to the room so we were wondering around not knowing where to go! There is no list! Not the sort of service I would expect from a supposed nice hotel. The room is ok. View out the window is absolutely awful! No space to put your suitcase! No toilet paper!!!! Not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel! We were going to extend another 2 days, but after this we definitely won’t be doing that! Disappointed to say the least. First impressions are everything & this one was awful! EDIT: after our stay the score has actually managed to go down! The breakfast is rubbish! Extremely limited! Not good fresh food! Internet doesn’t work Tv doesn’t work Air con doesn’t work. Set to 16 & still boiling at night, someone came to look at it but didn’t appear to do anything The only thing this hotel has going for it is that it looks nice! Very much style over substance. I’m absolutely baffled at all the good reviews here! It’s AWFUL! So many Israelis, about 80% of the hotel, playing their loud music around the pool & shouting all the time. Not peaceful in any way Upon check out they just turned off the electricity at 10.55, so we had to pack the rest of our stuff in the dark. No one came to help carry our bags down the stairs (as they don’t have a lift). They said they would keep our bags in the office, but just left them in the lobby, anyone could come in & take them, luckily they were still in the same place in the middle of the lobby when we came back!!! Do not recommend. Much better places to stay on the island
