The service was excellent. The front desk staff helped us switch to a higher floor sea-view room, and as a member, we received a complimentary breakfast for our baby. The customer service team assisted with luggage and provided electric cart transfers. The restaurant at Longtalai was delicious; we ate there three times. The drinks at Blue Cat Bar were also fantastic. The service at this 5-star hotel is truly outstanding! 👍

We had a lovely stay in the hotel. The beach was perfect. Breakfast had many varieties of food. The room and bathroom were big enough. The only negative side of the room is the air condition. It was working very loudly.

The hotel breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. There's a restaurant by the beach that even has a Chinese menu, so you can order some Chinese dishes. We were lucky enough to catch the Fire Show on the beach on Thursday night, which was really impressive. Everything else, including the service and the room, met our expectations. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Although we ended up with an end room, we found the benefit was a private balcony. The only slight downside was that downstairs was a former work area. Since we were only staying two nights and were out most of the time, we didn't request a room change. If you have specific needs, you might want to communicate with the hotel in advance. A big plus was that the front desk informed us of almost all check-in details upon arrival. The service, from the front desk to the shuttle drivers and luggage handlers, was excellent. The young lady at the spa, who spoke a few words of Chinese, was also very attentive. If I ever go to Koh Samui again, I would specifically visit the Sheraton's spa. The hotel beach view is fantastic. While it's not within walking distance of the main dining and entertainment areas, it offers good value for money during peak season.

The service was excellent, and the room was very clean. The breakfast offered a great variety, especially suitable for Chinese tastes. Although the building is a bit old, I'm still satisfied with this established brand hotel. Everyone in my family trip was happy. The hotel has a private beach, perfect for relaxing. The sun and sand were fantastic!

A very satisfying trip! The service was excellent. Although the hotel is 10 years old, it's still in good condition. We stayed a week before Chinese New Year and were given a prime seaview room. The breakfast was plentiful, and my two kids had a great time in the pool. There weren't many Chinese guests, and the hotel's internal grounds were first-class. We'd definitely come back given the chance.

The waves were too strong to go swimming during my visit. The breakfast was good, but the location is a bit out of the way. The hotel is a bit old, but it's well-maintained. Replenishing drinking water and room cleaning were very prompt.

The investors clearly had a keen eye for this prime beachfront location, perfect for snorkeling and swimming. It's right next to the Renaissance, so I couldn't help but compare. I didn't stay in a villa, so I can't comment on that, but in terms of the ocean view rooms, while slightly smaller than the Renaissance, the natural resources here are definitely on par. The pool was a bit dirty when I visited, but everything else was fine.

This is an older type resort built on a hill overlooking the sea but the property is maintained well and professionally managed so guests can expect a nice stay with no hassle.

The place is good cleaning up to stay but inadequate of the towels. Breakfast was good., nice beach.
