An amazing hotel, with good service, a good location, the visibility of the hotel, the staff, everything was simply good.

The best service ever! Prime location.

The hotel was probably once very nice. Now tired, mosquito infested and in need of renovation. Our room floor was newly painted with a very strong paint smell in the room. My wife had to sleep on the balcony because of this. Front desk didn't seem to care much. "We will tell the cleaning staff about this. So sorry sir". Not recommended. There are many more options on Chaweng and Koh Samui

Everything is great except too many mosquitoes. It will be great if the public areas are installed with mosquito repellents (either electric or non electrics type)

Nice resort but not 5 star. Had to move rooms because AC not working properly, jacuzzi needed cleaning and staff kept walking into the room without knocking. No apologies or gestures of good will.

Very nicely placed hotel for walking in the busy street of Chaweng. Beach is very clean and due to lying behind the reef, very children friendly and no noise from the breaking waves. Only downside this time was the construction site next to the pool area making this not very useable.

Location in good !! Easy access to Resturant & clubs ! Little bit dark at night & cozy !! Traditional room & breakfast was gr8 & nice beach

Nice room but uncomfortable bed and light coming in from everywhere and the worst part is the open bathroom door so you can't go to the toilet in peace. The service at reception is really bad. Breakfast is average, lots of fruit... We won't be coming back here.

It is a very eco-friendly and Thai-style hotel. My child was happy because there were many trees, so he could see many animals and insects such as frogs, lizards, birds, fish, and snails! The hotel pool is small, but it was heaven to eat while watching the sunrise at the restaurant right next door. The staff were friendly and nice. However, I checked with Trip.com in advance and found out that if you share a bed with a child, you have to pay an additional fee of 500 baht for breakfast, a total of 1,000 baht for 2 days, but After checking in, the staff asked me to pay 4,000 baht for the additional fee of 2,000 baht for each child. When I explained that I didn't make that reservation, they said they would give me 3,000 baht for 1,500 baht.;;;; When I strongly stated that I didn't need an extra bed and that I would share a bed, they only asked me to sign the additional fee of 1,000 baht for breakfast. I was upset, and even though I had already asked the hotel and received a response, it was really unpleasant to have to fight like this while on vacation. Even after asking and finding out in advance, I was tired and upset because I had to say the same thing and argue again. I hope that you will take note of the inquiries and responses from customers who made reservations so that you can develop into the best hotel in Thailand where this kind of thing does not happen.

Stayed here for 10 days and was very happy. Although the hotel is small, the garden design is very strong. The mosquito repellent in the room is also very good. The beach is relatively shallow after low tide, and not particularly deep during high tide. You can explore far out in the sea. The hotel's breakfast is average, but the dishes for lunch and dinner are good. It is very close to the airport, Chaweng Night Market and shopping malls. There is a 711 nearby. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the Fisherman's Village Night Market on Fridays. It costs money, but the price is reasonable.

Very nice complex. With lots of greenery and attention to detail. A little old in places. The staff is super friendly and tries to fulfill all wishes. Very nice beach with super fine sand, but the sea is very shallow - ideal for children to splash around.
