The accommodation looks exactly like the pictures, right on the northern part of Chaweng Beach. The breakfast spread was complete.

Great relaxing place with neat and clean room and excellent service. It’s about ~2KM from the happening places like Central Samui and the Green Mango!! The swimming pool facing the beach / sea is amazing!! Food & drinks were great as well!! You can rent a motor bike at the hotel if needed!!

We Always stay here when on transit days in Samui Love the place location beach, only thingy : hope hotel is reading it : they need to air out the rooms, the linen/ pillows / mattress start smelling damp (compared to last year we stayed) other than that slice of heaven

I had a great stay! Spotlessly clean and well worth the money! Very comfortable bed too. I would definitely stay here again if I am back on Samui.

Solid hotel but old. The staff is very nice and took care of some issues very quickly.

Only downfall for twin beds. Too close together and hard to get into bed closer by the wall. Had to climb in from foot of bed.

A lot of similar hotels to this one in Samui. And this one is pretty good. We swerved breakfast as it looked like something of an after-thought. The rooms are quirky and clean. The overall up-keep could be better (sun loungers dirty and showing age, gardens could do with more attention etc). Overall, good value for money and worth a look.

In 2020 this would have been a 4 star hotel, today it's tired and over priced. We changed our first room as the mold spores in the air had been masked by perfume. The second room much better as it had a sunnier location. It has everything you expect , however if freshly decorated and updated would merit it's status. The breakfast was poor quality and the bar and food prices too high.

Very authentic, peaceful and well located. Only negative comment was the behaviour of the Germans who were staying there. Very rude as they are known for; hogging the sunbeds all day. Most were unoccupied but “kept” with their towels for when they returned from day trips in the late afternoon

The room is built in a very uncomfortable way, the bed is on the second floor and it's a mattress on the floor, to mention the excellent pool and the beautiful beach.

A very nice location and very nice staff..The breakfast buffet was enjoyable and so is the small private beach The property is very run down. The mattress was old and stained. There is no night stand. The biggest problem for me was that there was so many stairs and no balcony or anything attractive to see if you just wanted to sit outside your room.The price is very good if you plan on leaving the hotel quite a bit.

Amazing

Ten years ago, I stayed on Lamai Beach when I visited Koh Samui. This time, I wanted to stay on the more lively Chaweng Beach. I spent a long time searching online and finally chose this hotel with fewer negative reviews. It seemed like a small, boutique hotel. The front desk service was okay, but the rooms were quite small. There's a 7-Eleven across the street. A songthaew (shared taxi) costs 50 baht to the supermarket. I stayed for three days. I didn't encounter any other guests at breakfast. However, the restaurant staff were a bit unhelpful. When I asked for an omelet in Thai, they didn't respond; I had to speak English and repeat myself twice.
