environment is good , beach is clean , water is clear visibly compare to Malaysia , Malaysia beach and water visibly is poor , own private sun tanning spot away from public. weather is good...due to low European season , good to stay. room is well maintain and food is ok....will go back next year as short term - yearly vacation spot....

Unfortunately for the price that I paid, this property is not value for money. Photos do not reflect the condition of the property. Quite dated inside. The property is on a main dual carriageway and with constant traffic in both directions the sound of vehicles is noticeable. That said it was clean and comfortable.

This is at best a 3* facility but good enough for a short stay. Personally I wouldn’t revisit this hotel but ofcourse that’s just my preference and if you love a good beachfront hotel then yeh, stay here. What we liked; - Beachfront location and the view are good - Car park available - TV had 3BB internet box with entertainment What we didn’t like; - Nobody at reception for check in. First impressions are lasting impressions. - Hotel is showing its age - Breakfast was nothing special - Certainly not worth $100USD per night - Room plagued by mosquitos - Toilet and shower room stink of smelly pipes - Trying to cross the busy road to get to car park - You would best need your own transport staying here. Either scooter or a car

If you are looking for peaceful vibe, the hotel is the best choice to go for.

Good location. Hotel a bit dated but clean

The beach is one of the nicest on Koh Samui. Hotel is right on the beach. The rooms were large and comfortable. Restaurant was great for lunch or dinner but breakfast was a bit meh. The water stopped working in the morning, and the rooms facing the road are a bit noisy.

The location is nice but the windy day just got us turn off and it was scary because of the waves

Comfortable bed and friendly staff.

Nice hotel in a picturesque location. The photos here look great. The sea is not wavy. We already rested here in a room with access to the pool and a sea view and returned again. Very convenient, the area is compact, everything is nearby, swimming pool, cafe, massage. The massage was done a couple of times, on a hill overlooking the beach. The staff is friendly and smiling. We checked in quickly and before 14:00. In the morning we treated you to a cup of coffee, it was nice))

A paradise with an authentic hotel

Cute little place to eat and drink on silver beach. We had amazing food here. Great options for kids too. Very generous portion sizes. Drinks amazing quality too. Right above silver beach so you can head straight down afterwards. We will be back in future!

We stayed here for a few days and were in one of the few renovated rooms which were nice. We’d been avoiding the restaurant because it was v pricey but out of convenience we ate there one night. Three curries and all delicious, all very tasty, great ingredients and nice flavour. Very impressed!

Great rooms, the airco doesn’t turn off like other hotels here. Always cool when you return inside. I think the staff is the friendliest of the whole island and both the restaurant, reception and rental at the door is super customer friendly and helpful. Location is literally at the beach, people come here for the beach. You are already there. Would recommend this resort and hotel to everyone looking for a great place to spend their holiday.

I normally don't write reviews but the staff deserved this. I live in Thailand for 3 years now. I just came here because I dropped of my dad and my ferry left the next day. I didn't need anything but I had a great stay here. Especially because of the exceptional service of the staff. They were really kind and nice. I had multiple chats and laughs with them. I decided to extend one more day because the vibe was so great. I haven't cooked in 3 years so I know a thing or 2 about the food quality in Thailand, and the food here was really great! I recommend the Burmese menu! Especially the Burmese salad and curry. I would definitely come back! Ps: great internet!!
