All in all, hotel is good. But for this price I recommend you to go to Maldives. Sea is not suitable for swimming, quite dirty and a lot of rocks. Service is quite bad in all restaurants except 2 person: B and, unfortunately, don’t remember a girl’s name who was serving us after check-out in the bar. Also, we were going to next FS property in check out date and wanted a late check-out. How normally it works in real 5* property: you check out around 10 and go to any free villa on island till late check-out (they had free villas that day). And here we needed to wait 2 hours in the bar. Of course, I won’t choose this place again as it’s not you are expected when you know how it normally works in real good property.

In principle was good, particularly the services, a couple of minor points, which can be improved easily, we informed the Resort already during check-out.

It was an amazing and unforgettable stay. Top notch service from the hospitality team, so well trained and friendly. One of the best wellness treatments I had, my therapist was very professional and knowledgeable. Foods are so good and tasty, simply amazing with beautiful views and great ambience. Beautiful resort and beach, definitely the best resort in Koh Samui. I can’t wait to go back.

It can be said to be the best resort on Koh Samui. It is perfect. The price is indeed a bit high, but the experience is also 100 points. The basic room type also has a swimming pool. It is very secluded and private. It is recommended.

The Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui is a world of its own! The breathtaking scenery and meticulously cultivated natural surroundings immediately captivated us. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the dedicated staff cares for us with genuine love. Every facility—from the individual villas and stunning entrance to the pool, beach, and spa—is not only gorgeous but also exudes warmth, creating an incredible sense of well-being.

The honeymoon hotel really has unique service and environment among all the hotels I have stayed in.

The service is excellent, the room facilities are not old, and I was a little shocked by the scenery when I checked in. It is definitely the top hotel in Koh Samui. You can book a romantic dinner. The service of Miss Ju is excellent

Facilities: A bit old. Hygiene is OK. Although the fruit was delivered and has been replaced once, the one delivered was still bad.
